Կենսաթոշակառուները պետք է իմանան

Կենսաթոշակառուներին հետվճարի տրամադրման ժամկետները կերկարաձգվեն մինչև 2026 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ:

Iravaban.net-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշվում է, որ միջոցառման շահառուների թվի՝ 2022 թվականի միջին ամսականը կազմել է 44031, իսկ 1 շահառուի գծով հաշվարկված հետվճարի միջին ամսականը՝  2915 դրամ։ 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերին այս ցուցանիշները կազմել են, համապատախանաբար, 257332 և 3395 դրամ:

2024 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների հետվճարի գծով ծախսերը կազմել է 6.7 մլրդ դրամ։

«Երբեք հինգ տարում ՀՀ-ում այնքան թոշակ չի բարձրացվել, որքան բարձրացվել է վերջին 5 տարում։ Չի եղել նման բան։

Ասում են՝ դե հա, 36.000 դրամ չի։ Բա մենք մեղավոր ենք, որ կրկնապատկել ենք՝ 36.000 դրամ է դարձել։ Թող այնքան լիներ, որ կրկնապատկելուց 375.000 դրամ դառնար»,-նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Ծրագրի մեկնարկից սկսած՝ կենսաթոշակային քարտերով իրականացվող անկանխիկ գործարքների ծավալներն ու շահառուների թիվը գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր ամիս գրանցում է նոր՝ ավելի բարձր ցուցանիշներ։ Մեկնարկից սկսած՝ ծրագրի շրջանակում անկանխիկ դրամաշրջանառության ծավալը կազմել է 171․7 մլրդ դրամ, շահառուներին ընդհանուր առմամբ տրամադրվել է 15․2 մլրդ դրամ հետվճար, 1 շահառուն, ըստ վերջին ամսվա տվյալների, ամսական ստանում է միջինում շուրջ 4,190 դրամ հետվճար։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2024-ի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից կենսաթոշակի և նպաստի հետվճարի ծրագրից օգտվող քաղաքացիներին հնարավորություն է տրվել ապրանքների և (կամ) ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման դիմաց անկանխիկ վճարումներից ստանալ ավելի մեծ չափով հետվճար։

Ըստ այդմ, անկանխիկ վճարումների դեպքում հետվճարի չափը սահմանվել է 12 %` նախկին 10%-ի փոխարեն, իսկ հետվճարի առավելագույն չափը՝ 6000 դրամ՝ նախկին 5000 դրամի փոխարեն։

Հետվճարից կարող են օգտվել նաև ԼՂ հայրենակիցները։
