Գիտնականները ստեղծել են ճկուն արևային վահանակներ՝ առանց հազվագյուտ մետաղների, որոնք կարող են սոսնձվել ցանկացած մակերեսի վրա

Շեֆիլդի համալսարանի գիտնականները ստեղծել են ճկուն արևային մարտկոցների նոր տեսակ, որը չի պարունակում հազվագյուտ հողային մետաղներ: Բրիտանական Power Roll Ltd ընկերության հետ համատեղ իրականացված հետազոտությունը ներկայացնում է արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության նոր մոտեցումը, գրում է ixbt.com–ը:

Տեխնոլոգիան հիմնված է պերովսկիտային կիսահաղորդչի օգտագործման վրա։ Ավանդական բազմաշերտ կառուցվածքի փոխարեն արևային բջիջները ստեղծվում են՝ սեղմելով փոքրիկ ակոսները պլաստիկ թաղանթի մեջ, որոնք այնուհետև լցվում են պերովսկիտ նյութով: Այդ մեթոդը թույլ է տալիս արտադրել թեթև և ճկուն արևային թաղանթներ, որոնք կարող են տեղադրվել այնպիսի մակերեսների վրա, որոնք չեն կարող կրել սովորական արևային վահանակների քաշը:

Պրոֆեսոր Դեյվիդ Լիձին՝ Շեֆիլդի համալսարանի մաթեմատիկական և ֆիզիկական գիտությունների դպրոցից և հետազոտության համահեղինակն ասել է. «Այդ ճկուն վահանակների հիմնական առավելությունն այն է, որ դրանք կարող են կպցվել ցանկացած մակերեսի: Մեծ Բրիտանիայում մարդիկ երկու անգամ մտածում են, եթե ցանկանում են ծանր արևային մարտկոցներ տեղադրել համեմատաբար փխրուն շինությունների տանիքներին, որոնք նախատեսված չեն ծանր բեռներ կրելու համար: Այս նոր տեխնոլոգիայի շնորհիվ դուք կարող եք մարտկոցներ տեղադրել  գրեթե ցանկացած վայրում: Դա կարող է իրական բեկում լինել ցածր և միջին եկամուտ ունեցող երկրներում արևային էներգիայի ոլորտում»:

Նոր կառուցվածքը ստեղծում է արևային մարտկոց՝ հետևի կողմում կոնտակտներով, ինչը հեշտացնում և էժանացնում է դրա արտադրությունը պահպանելով բարձր արդյունավետության ներուժը: Արեգակնային բջիջների կառուցվածքն ու բաղադրությունն ուսումնասիրելու համար գիտնականներն օգտագործել են կոշտ ռենտգենյան նանոմանրադիտակ, որը թույլ է տվել նրանց ստանալ մանրամասն պատկերներ և բացահայտել այնպիսի թաքնված խնդիրները, ինչպիսիք են դատարկությունները, թերությունները և կիսահաղորդչային նյութի փոքր բյուրեղների միջև եղած սահմանները:

Աշխատանքի հաջորդ փուլը կլինի այդ նյութերը բնութագրելու համար ռենտգենյան մանրադիտակի կիրառման հետագա զարգացումը: Այս ամառ նոր փորձարկումներ են նախատեսվում Diamond Light Source-ում, որոնք կօգնեն հասկանալ նոր արևային մարտկոցի աշխատանքի հիմնական ասպեկտները, հատկապես դրա կայունությունը:
