Ուկրաինան ստիպված է լինելու տարածքային զիջումների գնալ․ Ռուբիո

Ուկրաինան ստիպված է լինելու տարածքային զիջումների գնալ Ռուսաստանի հետ ցանկացած խաղաղ համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում, նախազգուշացրել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն: Նրա խոսքերը մեջբերում է The New York Times-ը։

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ երկու կողմերն էլ պետք է հասկանան, որ այս իրավիճակում ռազմական լուծում գոյություն չունի։ Ռուսները չեն կարող գրավել ամբողջ Ուկրաինան, և ակնհայտ է, որ Ուկրաինայի համար շատ դժվար կլինի ցանկացած ողջամիտ ժամանակահատվածում ստիպել ռուսներին վերադառնալ 2014 թվականի դիրքեր», - ասել է պետքարտուղարը լրագրողներին Սաուդյան Արաբիա ժամանելուց առաջ՝ ուկրաինացի պաշտոնյաների հետ հանդիպմանը:

Ռուբիոն նշել է, որ ապագա բանակցություններում պետք է որոշել՝ ինչ զիջումների է պատրաստ գնալ Ռուսաստանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ամերիկյան պատվիրակությունը քննարկելու է Ուկրաինային ռազմական օգնության վերսկսումը, եթե Կիևն իսկապես խաղաղության պատրաստակամություն ցուցաբերի:

Ամերիկյան պատվիրակությունը ցանկանում է համոզվել, որ Կիևը պատրաստ է դժվար որոշումների, ինչպես և Մոսկվան «ստիպված կլինի գնալ դժվար քայլերի, որպեսզի վերջ դնի այս հակամարտությանը կամ գոնե ինչ-որ կերպ, այս կամ այն ձևով դադարեցնի այն»:

«Կարող եմ ձեզ հավաստիացնել, որ մենք ռուսներին ռազմական օգնություն չենք ցուցաբերի», - հավելել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը:
