Հեղուկ գազի գինն Արմավիրում 90 դրամ է, Երևանում՝ 220 դրամ․ ի՞նչն է պատճառը

MediaHub-ը շարունակում է ահազանգեր ստանալ քաղաքացիներից, որ հեղուկ գազի գինը տարօրինակ տատանումներ է ցույց տալիս: Մեզ ահազանգած քաղաքացիները նշում են՝ Արմավիրում հեղուկ գազը 90-120 դրամ է, ՀՀ մնացած բոլոր մարզերում, այդ թվում Երևանում՝ 190-220 դրամ:

Մեկ ամիս առաջ MediaHub-ը գրել էր, որ  հեղուկ գազի գինը նվազել է, և այն վաճառվում է 150-160 դրամով, անգամ լցակայաններ կային, որտեղ հեղուկ գազի գինը դարձել էր 140 դրամ։
Սակայն, խնդիրն այս պահին այլ է։ 

«Հեղուկ գազի գինը վերահսկող չկա, Արմավիրում հեղուկ գազը 90-120 դրամ է, իսկ Երևանում բավականին բարձր է, տեղ–տեղ կարելի է գտնել 190 դրամով, սակայն, հիմնականում, 200–220 դրամ է։ Մարտի 8–ի կապակցությամբ ակցիա են անո՞ւմ, ինչո՞ւ է այսքան տարբերվում հեղուկ գազի գները։ Մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում գազի գինն իջել էր և հասել էր 140 դրամի, ապա բարձրացել, ասում էին՝ Վերին Լարսը փակ է, դրա համար էլ գինը բարձրացել է։ Հեղուկ գազ ներկրողները ուզում են ասել՝ Վերին Լարսը դեռ չի բացվե՞լ»,– նշեց մեզ ահազանգած քաղաքացին։

Այս թեմային անդրադարձել էր նաև ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը։ Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել էր. «Անհասկանալի իրավիճակ է հեղուկ գազի շուկայում․ մի բնակավայրում 90 դրամ է, մեկ այլ տեղում՝ 190 դրամ։ Մայրաքաղաքում էլ հեղուկ գազի արժեքը 1 ամսվա ընթացքում 120-ից դարձել է 190 դրամ։ Այդպես էլ հասկանալի չէ՝ ինչո՞ւ է վերջին տարիներին հեղուկ գազի արժեքն այսքան տատանվում։ Դեմպի՞նգն է պատճառը, ներմուծման արժեքի տատանումնե՞րը, որոշ տնտեսավորողների կողմից կամայական արժեքի սահմանու՞մը։ Այս հարցերի պատասխանը պարտավոր է տալ Մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովը։ 
Խնդիրն առկա է ամիսներ շարունակ, այս մասին բարձրաձայնել ենք բազմիցս։ Այսօր էլ կապ հաստատեցինք ՄՊՀ-ի հետ՝ հասկանալու արժեքի տատանման պատճառները։ Մեզ հայտնեցին, որ հեղուկ գազի  շուկան խիստ մրցակցային է, ներմուծումներ են իրականացնում շուրջ 80 տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտ, և քանի որ շուկայում առկա չեն գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներ, իրենք խնդրին միջամտելու իրավունք չունեն։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է որոշ գազալցակայանների կողմից  շուկայականից ցածր արժեքի սահմանմանը, դա կարող է լինել մարքեթինգային քայլ՝ տվյալ ժամանակահատվածում ավելի շատ սպառողներ ունենալու նպատակով։ Այդուհանդերձ, կարծում եմ, որ ՄՊՀ-ն պարտավոր է իրականացնել ուսումնասիրություն՝ ներկայացնելով այն պատճառները, որոնք նման իրավիճակի են հանգեցրել։

Աբսուրդ է, որ 30 կմ անցնելուց հետո ականատես ես լինում հեղուկ գազի գնի այսպիսի ակնառու և անտրամաբանական տարբերության»։ 

«Ստացվում է, որ պատկան մարմինների անտարբերության և անգործության հետևանքով տուժում է կրկին ՀՀ քաղաքացին՝ չիմանալով ինչպես դիմակայել հերթական թանկացման պայմաններում»,– գրել էր Դանիելյանը։

Նշենք, որ հեղուկ գազի գինն ամենից շատ տատանվողներից է. 2024-ի ընթացքում այն մեկ 250 դրամ էր լիտրի համար, մեկ՝ 80 դրամ։
