«Վերջին բոյ» պետք էր տալ ուրիշ տեղ, այլ ոչ թե Գյումրիում՝ «Սև բերդի» դեմ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս Գյումրիում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել էր, թե «Գյումրիի ավագանու հետ խնդիր առաջացավ, երբ ՀՀ վերջին տարիներին ընդունված օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների և նոր ձևավորված ինստիտուտների գործունեության արդյունքում արձանագրվեց, որ Գյումրու կարևոր սիմվոլներից մեկը՝ «Սև բերդը», ապօրինի սեփականաշնորհվել է և պետք է վերադարձվի համայնքին»:

Այս հայտարարությանն արձագանքել է Գյումրու նախկին քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը՝ նշելով, որ առողջության հետ կապված և իր ընտանիքին բաժին հասած փորձությունների բերումով՝ երկար ժամանակ չի անդրադարձել տվյալ անձի հայտարարություններին, սակայն իր համբերության բաժակը լցվել է:

«Այս ամենի մեջ ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ նա նույնիսկ տեղյակ չէ, որ շինծու քրեական գործը վերաբերում Է ոչ թե «Սև բերդ» ամրոցին, այլ դրան հարակից հողերին: Կարծում եմ, քեզ զեկուցող տգետներ շատ կան: Բոլոր գյումրեցիները գիտեն, թե ինչ վիճակում է գտնվել «Սև բերդ» ամրոցը մասնավոր անձից իմ գնելուց առաջ, նորից եմ կրկնում՝ ՄԱՍՆԱՎՈՐ ԱՆՁԻՑ, և ինչ է դարձել հիմա: Մշակութային, մարզական, պետական (որոնց մասնակցել ես ինքդ) մակարդակի ինչ միջոցառումներ են տեղի ունեցել «Սև բերդում»՝ բացարձակապես անվճար, մինչ օրս քաղաքի տուրիստական զարդն է՝ նորից անվճար: Ձեր խղճուկ խմբակը Գյումրիի զբոսաշրջային զարգացման համար չի արել 10 տոկոսն այն ամենի, ինչ արել է «Սև բերդ» ամրոցը՝ մեր քաղաք հարյուր հազարավոր այցելուներ բերելով ու դառնալով թիվ մեկ այցեքարտը»,-հայտարարել է Բալասանյանը և հավելել, որ ինչ վերաբերում է «Սև բերդի» ապօրինի լինելուն, խորհուրդ է տալիս նախքան մեղադրելը,անմեղության կանխավարկած խախտելը, «քո ելույթով պետական ողջ գործիքակազմը իմ ընտանիքի դեմ տրամադրելը»՝ ստանալ ճիշտ տեղեկություններ:

Բալասանյանը նաև նշել է, որ «Սև բերդ» ամրոցն իր ընտանիքը ձեռք է բերել նախկին սեփականատիրոջից, այլ ոչ թե համայնքից. «Այնպես որ, «Սև բերդ» ամրոցը չի կարող դառնալ քո սիրելի #հատիկառհատիկի կոնտենտ և հայտնվել ռենջ ռովեռի կողքին: Մարդկային, բարոյական բոլոր սահմանները անցած անձին, խորհուրդ եմ տալիս հեռու մնալ ինձանից և իմ ընտանիքից»:

Գյումրու նախկին քաղաքապետը նշել է, որ առողջական խնդիրները կարգավորվելուն պես վերադառնալու է Գյումրի, և իր հետ կապված բոլոր շինծու մեղադրանքներին իրավական և քաղաքական պատասխանը տալու է. «Իսկ որդուս՝ Խաչատուր Բալասանյանի գործով «իրավական գործընթացը»՝ դատաքննությունը, մտել է բաց փուլ, իրավական ֆարսը բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է լինելու, չնայած այս խմբակի գործողություններում իրավական հետք փնտրելը անիմաստ է»:

Ի հավելում՝ Բալասանյանը նշել է. «Այդ անձը խոսեց «վերջին բոյի» մասին, ասեմ, որ վերջին բոյ պետք էր տալ ուրիշ տեղ, այլ ոչ թե Գյումրիում՝ «Սև բերդի» դեմ»:
