Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար ընտրողների ցուցակներում ընդգրկվելու են այն անձինք, որոնք հաշվառված են համապատասխան ընտրական տեղամասի նկարագրում ընդգրկված հասցեում, և որոնք քվեարկության օրվան նախորդող վեց ամսվա ընթացքում ունեցել են անձը հաստատող վավեր փաստաթուղթ։

«Այնուհանդերձ, անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի վավերականության ժամկետի ավարտը հիմք չէ ընտրողին քվեարկության չթողնելու համար։

Այն դեպքում, երբ անձնագրի վավերականության ժամկետը 6 ամսից ավել լրացած լինելու պատճառով անձի տվյալները չեն ընդգրկվել ընտրողների ցուցակում, վերջինս քվեարկության օրվան նախորդող 5 օրվա ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև քվեարկության օրը՝ մինչև քվեարկության ավարտը, իրավունք ունի ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության տարածքային բաժին ներկայացնել դիմում՝ քվեարկության օրը կազմվող ընտրողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակում ընդգրկվելու մասին։

Քվեարկության օրվան նախորդող 5 օրվա ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև քվեարկության օրը՝ մինչև քվեարկության ավարտը, լրացուցիչ ցուցակում իրենց ընդգրկելու մասին դիմում ներկայացնելու իրավունք ունեն նաև այն անձինք, որոնք՝

1) հաշվառված են համապատասխան ընտրական տեղամասի նկարագրում ընդգրկված հասցեում, սակայն դուրս են մնացել այդ ընտրական տեղամասի ընտրողների ցուցակից,

2) սահմանված կարգով և ժամկետներում ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության տարածքային բաժին ներկայացրել են համապատասխան ընտրական տեղամասի ցուցակում ժամանակավորապես ընդգրկվելու մասին դիմում, դիմումը չի մերժվել, սակայն դիմումատուն չի ընդգրկվել համապատասխան ցուցակում»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
