Ինչ է անհրաժեշտ դնել Սուրբ Զատկի սեղանին

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին


Զատիկը քրիստոնյաների ամենասիրելի և սպասված տոներից մեկն է, որին պատրաստվում են մեծ ոգևորությամբ։ Տոնական սեղանի ճիշտ ձևավորումն ու ավանդական ուտեստների ճիշտ ընտրությունը կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն տոնի լիարժեք զգացողությունն ապահովելու համար։ Այս հոդվածում մանրամասն կպատմենք, թե ինչ դնել Զատկի սեղանին, ինչպես գեղեցիկ ձևավորել այն, ինչպես նաև կանդրադառնանք տոնի խորիմաստ խորհրդին։

Ինչ դնել Զատկի սեղանին

1․ Ձու. Զատիկն անհնար է պատկերացնել առանց ներկած ձվերի։ Կարմիր ձուն խորհրդանշում է Քրիստոսի արյունը և հարության հաղթանակը։ Կարող եք օգտագործել բնական ներկեր՝ սոխի կճեպ, բազուկ, քրքում, կամ սննդային ներկեր։ Ձվերը զարդարեք նախշերով կամ հատուկ կպչուն զարդերով։

 

2․ Զատկի քաղցր հաց՝ Կուլիչ կամ Չորեկ. Կուլիչը կամ հայկական ավանդական չորեկը Զատկի սեղանի ամենակարևոր ուտեստներից են։ Թխվածքները պետք է լինեն փափուկ, անուշահոտ, զարդարված շաքարափոշիով կամ գունավոր շաքարներով։

3․ Ապուր կամ հարիսա. Հայկական ավանդական զատկական սեղանին հաճախ է հանդիպում հարիսան կամ հավի, տավարի մսով պատրաստված հյութալի ապուրը։ Այս ուտեստները խորհրդանշում են առատություն և կենսունակություն։

4․ Գինի և կարմիր հյութեր. Գինին խորհրդանշում է Քրիստոսի արյունը։ Կարող եք օգտագործել նաև անալկոհոլային կարմիր հյութեր՝ բալի կամ խաղողի, ինչը գեղեցիկ տեսք է հաղորդում սեղանին։

 

5․ Ձուկ. Որոշ շրջաններում ընդունված է նաև ձուկ մատուցել, ինչը Քրիստոսի և քրիստոնեության հնագույն խորհրդանիշներից է։ Կարող եք պատրաստել ձկան խորոված կամ ջեռոցում թխված ձուկ՝ համեմված կիտրոնով ու խոտաբույսերով։

6․ Կանաչեղեն և բանջարեղեն. Անպայման սեղանին դրեք թարմ կանաչի, գազար, վարունգ, լոլիկ և ռեհան։ Դրանք խորհրդանշում են գարունը, նոր կյանքի սկիզբը։

7․ Պանիր և կաթնամթերք. Տարբեր տեսակի պանիրներ, կաթնաշոռ, թթվասեր նույնպես հիանալի լրացում կլինեն Զատկի սեղանին։ Դրանք համեղ են և գեղեցիկ տեսք ունեն սեղանի ձևավորման մեջ։
