ԶՊՄԿ-ն երկու հանրային քննարկում է նախաձեռնել Կապան քաղաքում

ԶՊՄԿ-ն երկու հանրային քննարկում է նախաձեռնել «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի Սյունիքի մարզի Քաջարանի պղնձամոլիբդենային հանքավայրի պոչատարի N 1, 2 և 4 դյուկերային անցումներում նոր խողովակաշարերի կառուցման և «Շրջանառու ջրամատակարարման համակարգի վերակառուցում» նախագծային փաստաթղթերի շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման հաշվետվությունների վերաբերյալ։ Հանարային քննարկումներ տեղի կունենան 2025թ․ մարտի 18-ին։ Քննարկումները կմեկնարկեն ժամը 11:00-ից։

«Շրջանառու ջրամատակարարման համակարգի վերակառուցում» նախագծի համաձայն նախատեսվում է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենայի կոմբինատ» ՓԲ ընկերության  (ԶՊՄԿ կամ Ընկերություն) արտադրական տարածքում կազմակերպել տեղային շրջանառու ջրի համակարգ: Ըստ նախաձեռնողների այդ համակարգը թույլ կտա՝ կրճատել թարմ տեխնիկական ջրի ծախսը, նվազացնել արտադրական կեղտաջրերի արտահոսքը բաց ջրավազան, նվազացնել արտադրական կեղտաջրերի հետ բաց ջրավազաններ թափվող հնարավոր աղտոտող նյութերի քանակը, կնվազի բեռնատվությունը «Արծվանիկ» պոչամբարի վրա և շրջակա միջավայրին հասցվող սոցիալ-տնտեսական վնասը, բացահանքի ջրերը կուղղվեն նոր տեղամասի խտացուցիչ և պարզվածքի հետ համատեղ  հարստացուցիչ ֆաբրիկայի շրջանառու համակարգի ջրի ռեզերվուարներ, կբացառվի բացահանքի ջրերի արտահոսքը բաց ջրային ռեսուրսներ։ Խտացուցիչը տեղադրվելու է ընկերության արտադրական տարածքում և չի նախատեսվում նոր հողատարածքների խախտում։ Պոչերի համար խտացուցիչը նախատեսվում է տեղադրել նախկինում տեղադրված արագ խտացման խտացուցիչների հարթակում, որոնց աշխատանքը ըստ նախաձեռնողների արդյունավետ չէր, այդ պատճառով էլ 1990-ականներին դրանք ապամոնտաժվել են։ Նապագծի հեղինակները համոզված են, որ սա այլընտրանքային տարբերակ է եթե այն չիրագործվի, ապա արտադրական կեղտաջրերի արտահոսքի ծավալը բաց ջրավազաններ, աղտոտող նյութերի քանակը, Ողջի և Գեղի գետերից վերցվող ջրերի քանակը, շրջակա միջավայրի վրա բացասական ազդեցությունը անփոփոխ կմնան, ինչպես նաև չեն օգտագործվի բացահանքի մակերևութային ջրերը։

Սույն նախագծով նախատեսվում է պոչանքի 50%-ը խտացնել ընկերության արտադրական տարածքում վերակառուցվող նոր խտացման տեղամասում, իսկ պոչերի մնացած մասը, գոյություն ունեցող պոչատարով մղել պոչամբար։ Այստեղ է նախատեսվում ուղղել նաև բացահանքի ջրերը, որոնք պարզեցումից հետո մուտք են գործելու ջրի շրջանառու համակարգ։
