Արցախցիների անձնագրերում ծննդավայրը նշվում է Ադրբեջան․ ահազանգ

«Մենք օրեցօր կանգնում ենք մի նոր մարտահրավերի առաջ, ավելի ճիշտ՝ մեզ կանգնեցնում են այդ խնդիրների առաջ, արհեստականորեն ստեղծում նոր խնդիրներ։ Բնակապահովման ծրագրից օգտվելու նպատակով վերստանալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն, անձնագրիս մեջ հայտնաբերել եմ, որ ծննդավայրս նշված է «Ադրբեջան»»,- MediaHub-ին ասում է Արցախի Մարտունուց տեղահանված Սիրուն Բաղդասարյանը։ 

Նրա ընտանիքի մյուս անդամների անձնագրում ծննդավայրը գրվել է քաղաքի անունը, ծնողներինը՝ ԼՂԻՄ։ 

«Պարզաբանում խնդրելուց հետո անձնագրայինի աշխատակիցները մեկը մյուսին էին նայում՝ չկարողանալով բացատրել սխալը։ Ավելի ուշ պարզեցի, որ Արցախից տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներն իրենց նոր անձնագիրը ստանալու ժամանակ այսպիսի խնդիրների առաջ են կանգնել, բողոքելու դեպքում կամայականության սկզբունքով փոխում են և գրում, օրինակ, շրջանի անունը, մի մասին էլ մերժել են»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։ 

Նա համոզված է, որ սա հայկական Արցախի լեգիտիմությունը հարցականի տակ դնող հերթական ստոր քայլն է, որի հրահանգողը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, կատարողները՝ անձնագրայինների ծառայողները։ 

«Չգիտեմ, թե ինչ տրամաբանությամբ են մարդու ինքնությունը հաստատող այս կարևորագույն փաստաթղթում կամայական գրառումներ կատարում, բայց լռել այլևս պետք չէ»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
