Երեք հայ գործարար՝ Forbes-ի մարտի համարում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ռուսաստանի Forbes-ի 2025 թվականի մարտի համարում ներկայացված է անշարժ գույքի խոշոր սեփականատերերի վարկանիշային աղյուսակը, որտեղ տեղ է գտել երկու հայկական անուն։ Ցուցակը ներառում է 30 խոշոր գործարարների, որոնցից երկուսը՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանը և Դավիթ Ամարյանը, հայկական ծագում ունեն։

«Տաշիր» խմբի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանը վարկանիշային աղյուսակում երկրորդ հորիզոնականում է։ 2024 թվականին 2023 թվականի համեմատությամբ նրա եկամուտը միայն վարձակալությունից աճել է 7,3 %-ով՝ կազմելով 685 միլիոն դոլար։ Սա չի ներկայացնում նրա ընդհանուր եկամուտը, այլ միայն այն մասը, որը ստացվել է կոմերցիոն և այլ տեսակի անշարժ գույքի վարձակալությունից։ Կարապետյանը տարիներ շարունակ ակտիվորեն զբաղվում է անշարժ գույքի ներդրումներով ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանում և Հայաստանում, այլ նաև նախկին խորհրդային երկրների տարածքում։

Հաջորդ հայ գործարարը, որը ներառվել է Forbes-ի այս համարում, «Բալչուգ Կապիտալ» ընկերության հիմնադիր Դավիթ Ամարյանն է։ Նրա եկամուտը վարձակալությունից 2024 թվականին աճել է 10 %-ով և կազմել 55 միլիոն դոլար։ Ամարյանի «Բալչուգ Կապիտալ» ընկերությանը պատկանում են մի շարք բիզնես կենտրոններ, ինչպես նաև Մոսկվայի ամենախոշոր առևտրի և ժամանցի կենտրոններից մեկը՝ «Մետրոպոլիսը»։ Նրա ընկերությունն ակտիվ ներդրումներ է կատարում անշարժ գույքի ոլորտում՝ զարգացնելով խոշոր կոմերցիոն և առևտրային նախագծեր։

Հետաքրքիր է, որ Forbes-ի նույն համարում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև գործարար Վրույր Փենեսյանի նախագծին։ Մասնավորաբար, նշվում է, որ Փենեսյանը պատրաստվում է Մոսկվայում ներկայացնել 2 միլիարդ դոլարին համարժեք անշարժ գույք Հայաստանից: Նրա նախաձեռնությամբ ապրիլին կազմակերպվելու է ցուցահանդես «Արարատ Պարկ Հյաթթ Մոսկվա» հյուրանոցում, որին ներկայացվելու են Հայաստանի լավագույն նորակառույցները։

Ռուսաստանի խոշոր ներդրողների համար կազմակերպվելու է առանձին բիզնես հանդիպում, որի շրջանակում ներկայացվելու են լայնամասշտաբ ներդրումային նախագծեր Հայաստանից։

Ըստ Փենեսյանի, նախաձեռնության հիմնական նպատակը ներդրումների խթանումն է դեպի Հայաստան, ինչպես նաև երկրի անշարժ գույքի ճանաչելիության բարձրացումը միջազգային հարթակներում և նոր գործարար կապերի ստեղծումը։

Այս տվյալները վկայում են այն մասին, որ հայկական ծագում ունեցող գործարարները շարունակում են մեծ ներդրումներ կատարել անշարժ գույքի ոլորտում՝ ինչպես միջազգային, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի շուկայում։
