Հայաստանի հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միությունը գտնում է, որ Ամուլսարի ծրագրի անխափան իրագործումն այլընտրանք չունի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, օրերս Հայաստանի կառավարությունը որոշում ընդունեց Ամուլսարի ոսկու հանքավայրի շահագործման համար Հայաստանի բանկերից վարկեր ներգրավելու նպատակով մինչև 150 միլիոն դոլարի բյուջետային երաշխիք տրամադրելու մասին։ Այս թեման տարաբնույթ քննարկումների առիթ դարձավ:

Եվ ահա, երեկ հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միությունը և ողջունել Ամուլսարի ծրագրի ֆինանսավորման համար տրված պետական երաշխիքի փաստը՝ հանքի շինարարության շուտափույթ ավարտի և անխափան շահագործման ակնկալիքով։ Միությունը գտնում է, որ ծրագրի շինարարության ընդհատումը 2018 թվականին զգալի վնաս է հասցրել տնտեսությանը և Հայաստանի ներդրումային հեղինակությանը։

«Ծրագրի վերագործարկումը և դրա համար տրված պետական երաշխիքը կարևոր ազդակ են ներդրողների համար՝ ոչ միայն հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում։ Ամուլսարի ծրագրի հաջող ընթացքը Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար կենսական նշանակություն ունի։ Այն ոչ միայն ի ցույց կդնի Հայաստանի՝ ներդրումների համար ապահով և արդար միջավայր ապահովելու պատրաստակամությունը, այլև ոսկու աննախադեպ բարձր շուկայական գների պայմաններում զգալի ազդեցություն կունենա տնտեսության վրա։ Աներկբա է, որ Ամուլսարի ծրագրի անխափան իրագործումը այլընտրանք չունի ո՛չ իրավական, ո՛չ սոցիալ-տնտեսական և ընդհանուր առմամբ երկրի շահի տեսանկյունից»,-հայտարարել է Հայաստանի հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միությունը ու վստահություն հայտնել, որ Հայաստանում հասարակության լայն շերտերի մոտ կա այս ծրագրի թե՛ անխափան իրագործման, թե՛ ոլորտի զարգացման անհրաժեշտության խորը գիտակցում, որը հնարավոր կդարձնի այս և այլ ներդրումային ծրագրերի սահուն ընթացքը՝ ի շահ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության։
