Ռուսաստան մուտք գործող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիները էլեկտրոնային ծառայությունների պորտալում պետք է լրացնեն դիմում իրենց և իրենց այցի նպատակի մասին մուտքից ոչ պակաս, քան 72 ժամ առաջ, իսկ արտակարգ դեպքերում՝ ոչ պակաս, քան 4 ժամ։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքային միգրացիայի և սոցիալական պաշտպանության դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Ալտինայ Օմուրբեկովան։

Նորամուծությունն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հուլիսի 30-ից։

2024 թվականին Ռուսաստանում ուժի մեջ են մտել միգրացիոն օրենսդրության փոփոխությունները։ Որոշ կանոնակարգեր արդեն ուժի մեջ են մտել։ Դեկտեմբերի 1-ից օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներից պահանջվում է կենսաչափական տվյալներ ներկայացնել մի շարք անցակետերում, այդ թվում՝ Շերեմետևո, Վնուկովո, Դոմոդեդովո, Ժուկովսկի օդանավակայաններում, ինչպես նաև Օրենբուրգի մարզում։
