Գիշերով թակել են պատուհանը, սկզբում ջուր ուզել, հետո ատրճանակի նման առարկայով ահաբեկել, հափշտակել 10 հզր դոլար

Փետրվարի 22-ին՝ գիշերը ժամը 4:19-ին, 911 ծառայություն զանգահարած քաղաքացին հայտնել է, որ Երևանի Սարյան փողոցում մի քանի ժամ առաջ երկու հոգի ատրճանակով իրեն վախեցրել են և տարել 10 հազար դոլար։

Ինչպես հայտնում են ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից, հաղորդումը փոխանցվել է Քրեական ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն, որտեղից օպերատիվ խումբ է մեկնել քաղաքացու նշած վայր:

Ահազանգած քաղաքացին տվել է հաղորդում, որ փետրվարի 21-ին, ժամը 22.30-ի սահմաններում, իրեն անծանոթ երկու տղամարդ թակել են տան պատուհանը, ջուր խնդրել իրենց մեքենայի համար, մոտ հինգ րոպե հետո վերադարձել են, կրկին թակել պատուհանը և իրենից գումար պահանջել: Ինքը հրաժարվել է գումար տալուց՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ մոտը գումար չկա, գումարները գտնվում են էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակում և պետք է սպասել մինչ առավոտ: Սակայն նրանցից մեկը հագուստի տակից ատրճանակի նմանվող առարկա է պահել իր ուղղությամբ և ասել, որ եթե գումարը չտա, ապա կսպանեն: Դրանից հետո ինքը իր պայուսակի միջից հանել է 10 հազար դոլար ու տվել նրանց, ինչից հետո նրանք հեռացել են։

Փաստի առթիվ Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երկրորդ բաժնում նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ քրեական օրենսգրքի 252-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։

Քրեական ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները իրացնելիս պարզվել է, որ հանցագործությունը կատարել են Կոտայքի մարզի Զովունի գյուղի և Արագածոտնի մարզի Փարպի գյուղի բնակիչ տղամարդիկ, երկուսն էլ 33 տարեկան: Հենց նրանք են «Ռենո Լոգան» մակնիշի մեքենայով ժամանել Սարյան փողոց և կատարել հափշտակությունը:

Նույն օրը Երևանի Խանջյան փողոցում զովունեցուն, իսկ Երևանի Նազարբեկյան փողոցում` փարպեցուն, անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով, իրավապահները ձերբակալել և տեղափոխվել են Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն։

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով ստացված տվյալներն իրացնելու և վարույթային գործողությունների արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է, որ հիշյալ արարքին մասնակել է նաև երրորդ անձ: Այդ երրորդ անձը` Երևանի Սեբաստիայի փողոցի բնակիչ 36-ամյա տղամարդը, նույն օրը ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է Քրեական ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն, որտեղից էլ ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։

Երեքի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը, երեքն էլ տեղափոխվել են քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
