Արևմուտքի ապտակը Փաշինյանին

Հայաստանյան ժողովրդավարությունը երկրորդ տարին անընդմեջ հետընթաց է արձանագրում։ Բրիտանական հեղինակավոր Economist Intelligence Unit հետազոտական կենտրոնի The Democracy Index-ի վերջին զեկույցի համաձայն՝ 2024-ին Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարության համաթիվը 5.35 է եղել՝ գրեթե 5 տոկոսով կամ 0.28 միավորով պակաս 2022-ի ցուցանիշից։ 2024-ի անկման պատճառը Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի ցուցանիշի վատթարացումն է։

2022 թվականից ի վեր Հայաստանի ընդհանուր ինդեքսային միավորում փոփոխություններ են եղել. երկիրը 2022-ին ունեցել է 5.63 միավոր: Այս ցուցանիշը 2023 թվականի վերջում ընկել է մինչև 5.42՝ այդ տարվա դրամատիկ իրադարձություններից հետո, երբ փլուզվեց Կառավարության և քաղաքական կուսակցությունների նկատմամբ վստահությունը: 2024-ի միավորն ավելի է իջել՝ հասնելով 5.35-ի՝ կոռուպցիայի ցուցանիշի վատթարացումից հետո։ The Democracy Index-ից պարզաբանել են, որ նախորդ տարիների ցնցումներից հետո Կառավարության և քաղաքական ուժերի նկատմամբ հանրության վստահությունը փաստացի փլուզվեց, իսկ 2024-ին հետընթացին նպաստեց նաև կոռուպցիան. «Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ հիբրիդային ռեժիմ, ցավոք, բազմաթիվ բարեփոխումներ դոփում են տեղում, բացի այդ՝ նկատվում է իշխանության կենտրոնացում վարչապետի ու նրա շրջապատի ձեռքում: Եվ խորհրդարանը հետին պլան է մղվել: Խորհրդարանը պետք է անկախ մարմին լինի, բայց այլևս որպես անկախ մարմին չի գործում Հայաստանում»:

Փաշինյանը սիրում է Հայաստանը ներկայացնել որպես «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն», տարբեր վարկանիշներ էլ ներկայացնում կառավարության նիստերին որպես ձեռքբերումներ։ The Democracy Index-ի մասին, բնականաբար, գործող իշխանությունը որևէ բառ չի ներկայացնի, բայց այլևս փաստ է, որ նույնիսկ սիրելի Եվրոպան չի հավատում Փաշինյանի արցունքներին։
