Շնորհակալության օր հաճախորդների համար IDBank-ում

Փետրվարի 27-ին IDBank-ը կրկին հաճախորդների համար շնորհակալության օր էր կազմակերպել․ Բանկի «Կենտրոն» մասնաճյուղում սպասարկվողներին ընդունում էին անակնկալներով ու յուրահատուկ մթնոլորտով։ 

Առանց առիթի շնորհակալության այս օրերն IDBank-ն արդեն գեղեցիկ ավանդույթ է դարձրել․ հաճախորդները մասնաճյուղում մասնակցում են փոքրիկ խաղարկությունների, շահում idcoin-ներ, ստանում անակնկալ նվերներ։ 

IDBank-ի Հաճախորդների փորձառության մենեջեր Սեդա Ավագյանի խոսքով՝ գաղտնիք չէ, որ Բանկի առաքելության առանցքային կետը հաճախորդներին լավագույն սպասարկումն ապահովելն է․ «Յուրաքանչյուր նոր գաղափար, նախաձեռնություն ու նորարարական մոտեցում իրականացվում է՝ հաշվի առնելով մեր հաճախորդների կարիքներն ու ցանկությունները։ Մենք ամեն օր ենք շնորհակալ մեր հաճախորդներին, որ ընտրում են մեզ, բայց երբեմն նաև այսպիսի փոքրիկ միջոցառումներով ցանկանում ենք ևս մեկ անգամ մեր հոգատարությունն ու շնորհակալությունը ցույց տալ նրանց», - ասաց Սեդա Ավագյանը։

«Կենտրոն» մասնաճյուղի կառավարիչ Աիդա Շահնազարյանն էլ նշեց, որ թիմն ամենօրյա աշխատանքով, հաճախորդների հետադարձ կապը լսելով է փորձում լավագույն սպասարկումն ապահովել նրանց համար ու երբեմն անգամ գերազանցել սպասելիքները․ «Մեր հավատարիմ հաճախորդները վստահում են մեզ, միշտ գտնում իրենց կարիքներին համապատասխան պրոդուկտներն ու սպասարկումը, մենք էլ մեր շնորհակալությունը հայտնում ենք ոչ միայն բարձրորակ սպասարկմամբ, այլ նաև նմանատիպ միջոցառումներով»։

Հերթական սպասարկման համար բանկ շտապող հաճախորդները անակնկալի էին գալիս՝ տեսնելով խաղարկության հաջողակ անիվը, որը պտտելով շահում էին idcoin-ներ, քաղցր անակնկալներն ու սովորականից տարբերվող միջավայրը։ Ստացված idcoin-երը հաջողակները կարող են օգտագործել ամենուր, ուր կա Իդրամով վճարում կատարելու հնարավորություն, այսինքն՝ ավելի քան 23,500 վաճառակետում։
