Հայաստանի արտահանման աճը փուչիկ է

Հայաստանի արտահանման աճը փուչիկ է, իսկ ցուցանիշները ընթացիկ տարում կշարունակեն նվազել։ Այս արձանագրումն արել է տնտեսագետ Աղասի Թավադյանը։

Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը որոշ չափով օգնեց ՌԴ տնտեսական գործընկեր երկրներին՝ օգուտներ ստանալ վերարտահանումից՝ մի շարք ապրանքներ օրինական կամ ոչ այնքան օրինական մեթոդներով մատակարարելով ՌԴ, կամ ռուսական ապրանքներն արտահանելով այլ երկրներ։ Այդ հնավորությունից օգտվեց նաև Հայաստանը, իսկ Արևմուտքն առանձնապես շատ չէր նեղում, թույլ էր տալիս վերարտահանում իրականացնել, օգուտներ ստանալ։

2024 թ. Հայաստանում գրանցված 13 մլրդ դոլարի արտահանման փոխարեն 2025 թ-ին այդ ցուցանիշը կարող է հասնել 9 մլրդ դոլարի։ Միտումներն անկհայտ են, միայն հունվարին նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսվա համեմատությամբ Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառությունը նվազել է 40 %-ով։ Պատճառն այն է, որ Հայաստանից արտահանման աճը հիմնականում տեղի է ունեցել ոսկու վերարտահանման հաշվին, որը 2024 թ-ին կազմել է մեր ընդհանուր արտահանման մոտ 65 տոկոսը։ «Այսինքն` ոսկու արտահանումն ապշեցուցիչ տեմպերով աճել է, իսկ մեր հիմնական ապրանքների արտահանումը 2024 թ-ին նվազել է, ինչը նաև նախանշում է մեր տնտեսության իրական վիճակը»,- նշում է տնտեսագետը։

2024 թ-ին դեպի ԵԱՏՄ արտահանումը նվազել է 11 տոկոսով, դեպի ԵՄ` 14 տոկոսով։ Դրա փոխարեն 2024 թ-ին մարտին Հայաստան է ներմուծվել 1.5 մլրդ դոլարի ոսկի, իսկ արդեն տարեվերջին այդ ծավալն ավելի քան 5 անգամ կրճատվել է` հանգեցնելով արտաքին առևտրի ընդհանուր ցուցանիշների կրճատման։

Այս ամենն անխուսափելիորեն ազդելու է բյուջեի հավաքագրումների վրա, և 2024 թվականը փակելու են ավելի վատ ցուցանիշներով։ Առանց այն էլ ՀՀ տնտեսությունը մի լավ վիճակում չէր, իսկ հարկերի հավաքագրման ցուցանիշների նվազումն անմիջականորեն ազդելու է մարդկանց բարեկեցության վրա՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով։
