Ընտանիքի մահվան պատճառ դարձած վթարի գործով ևս մեկ տղամարդու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին՝ ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում, Գյումրի-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի 15-րդ կիլոմետր հատվածում՝ Շիրակի մարզի Ախուրյան համայնքի Ջաջուռ բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում, իրար են բախվել BMW X3 3.01 մակնիշի և HONDA FTT 1.3 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, ինչի հետևանքով HONDA FTT 1.3 մեքենայի վարորդը և վերջինիս կինը տեղում մահացել են, իսկ նրանց 8-ամյա որդին, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն», որտեղ, գիտակցության չգալով, ևս մահացել է:

BMW X3 3.01 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը դեպքի վայրից դիմել էր փախուստի, սակայն ավելի ուշ հայտնաբերվել էր։

Iravaban.net-ը «Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական հարթակից տեղեկանում է, որ BMW-ի վարորդ Արմեն Տ․-ը մեքենան վարելիս մի շարք խախտումներ է թույլ տվել, որոնք էլ հանգեցրել են պատահարի, այնուհետ՝ մյուս մեքենայում գտնվող 3 անձի մահվան։

Գործը դատարան է ստացվել 2024-ի նոյեմբերի 1-ին և մակագրվել դատավոր Արսեն Գեղամյանին։

Հայտնի է դառնում նաև, որ Արման Ա․ անունով տղամարդը դեպքի օրը Արմեն Տ․-ի հետ հեռախոսազանգի ժամանակ, ընդունելով վերջինիս օգնելու պահանջը, նրա կանչով իր Merecedes  մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով գնացել է դեպքի վայր, իջնելով ավտոմեքենայից և տեսնելով վթարված ավտոմեքենաները՝ իր վարած ավտոմեքենայով Արմեն Տ․-ին դեպքի վայրից տեղափոխել է նախ Գյումրի քաղաքում գտնվող նրան պատկանող վարսավիրանոց, ապա՝ Արմեն Տ․-ի խնդրանքով գնացել է նրա տուն, վերցրել վերջինիս անձնագիրը, որից հետո նույն ավտոմեքենայով տղամարդուն տարել և անցկացրել է Բավրայի սահմանային անցակետով, ով այդ կերպ դիմելով փախուստի, թաքնվել է քրեական վարույթն իրականացնող մարմիններից: Արման Ա․-ին ևս մեղադրանք է առաջարդվել։

Նախնական դատալսումներից մեկի ընթացքում դատարանը որոշել է մեղադրյալ Արմեն Տ․-ի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքը երկարաձգել 3 ամիս ժամկետով՝ մինչև 2025 թվականի մայիսի 20-ը ներառյալ:

Պաշտպանի միջնորդությունը՝ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխելու՝ նրա նկատմամբ այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, մերժվել է:

Արման Ա․-ի նկատմամբ ընտրվել է տնային կալանք այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցը։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
