Հետամուտ ենք լինելու Սումգայիթի ջարդերի և մեր ժողովրդի դեմ մյուս հանցանքների միջազգային դատապարտմանը. «ՀայաՔվե»

37 տարի առաջ՝ 1988 թվականի փետրվարի 27-29-ը, Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ Սումգայիթ քաղաքի հայ բնակչությունը ենթարկվեց ցեղասպանության։ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կազմակերպմամբ իրականացվեցին հայերի զանգվածային ջարդեր, որոնք աչքի ընկան իրենց առանձնակի դաժանությամբ։ Սումգայիթի հարյուրավոր հայ բնակիչներ սպանվեցին և խոշտանգվեցին, քաղաքի ամբողջ հայ բնակչությունը՝ մոտ 18000 մարդ, ամբողջությամբ տեղահանվեց և ստիպված եղավ հեռանալ Ադրբեջանից։

Սումգայիթում պետական մակարդակով կազմակերպված հայերի ջարդերը ԽՍՀՄ շրջանակում համարժեք իրավական գնահատական չստացան, իսկ դրանց կազմակերպիչներն էլ որևէ պատասխանատվության չենթարկվեցին։

•Անպատժելիության հետևանքով հետագայում նույն ձեռագրով հայերի դեմ զանգվածային ջարդեր հրահրվեցին 1990 թվականի հունվարին Բաքվում և Ադրբեջանի այլ շրջաններում: Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ ամբողջ հայ բնակչությունը` ավելի քան 400,000 մարդ, տեղահանվեց իր բնակության վայրերից և ստիպված եղավ հեռանալ ցեղասպան պետական կազմավորման տարածքից։

Անկախանալուց ի վեր Ադրբեջանը նոր մակարդակի է բարձրացրել հայության դեմ ատելության քարոզը, կազմակերպված ցեղասպան գործողությունները և ռազմական հանցագործությունները։ Այս ամենի կիզակետը 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերին Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի դեմ իրականացված զանգվածային ոճրագործություններն էին, որի հետևանքով զոհվեց Արցախի Հանրապետության մոտ 500 քաղաքացի, ևս 120 000-ը ստիպված եղավ տեղահանվելու իր հայրենի տներից և փախստական դառնալու սեփական հողում։

«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը խստորեն դատապարտում է Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի և նրան հաջորդած Ադրբեջանական Հանրապետության ցեղասպան, մարդատյաց գործողությունները` ուղղված իր, ինչպես նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում բնակվող խաղաղ հայ բնակչության դեմ։ Մենք համոզված ենք, որ երկարատև խաղաղությունը մեր երկու ժողովուրդների միջև հնարավոր է միայն այս ցեղասպան գործողությունների ճանաչման և դատապարտման, դրանից տուժած խաղաղ բնակչության նյութական և բարոյական փոխհատուցման դեպքում, ինչպես նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության ինքորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչման և նրա բնակչության անվտանգ վերադարձի պայմաններում։ Մենք վճռականորեն հետամուտ ենք լինելու մեր ժողովրդի դեմ կատարված բոլոր ոճրագործությունների դատապարտմանը և դրանցից տուժածների համար արդարության վերականգնմանը։

Մինչ այդ, ոգեկոչում ենք սումգայիթյան ջարդերի բոլոր անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը և սգում նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի համար։
