Արտառոց դեպք՝ Կոտայքի մարզում

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ փետրվարի 24-ին, արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում Կոտայքի մարզի Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 6/1 հասցեում գտնվող «Նեֆտոգրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի գազալցակայանում կատարվող դեպքի վայրի սկզբնական զննության ընթացքում քննիչը ցանկացել է մտնել գազալցակայանի աշխատասենյակ՝ զննությունը շարունակելու, սակայն հայր և որդի՝ Երևանի բնակիչներ 32-ամյա Էրիկ  Հ․-ն և 58-ամյա Արսեն Հ․-ն, խոչընդոտել են կատարվող քննչական գործողությանը, շուրջ երեք ժամ չեն բացել նշված աշխատասենյակի դուռը՝ այդ կերպ միջամտելու միջոցով խոչընդոտելով քննիչի՝ օրենքով նախատեսված լիազորությունների իրականացմանը:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված հանցանքը կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով փետրվարի 24-ին հայր և որդի Հ․-երը Կոտայքի մարզի Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 6/1 հասցեում գտնվող «Նեֆտոգրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի գազալցակայանից ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի բաժին:

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության  Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, 2024թ․ հունիսի 6-ին պայթյուն և խոշոր հրդեհ էր տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 2-րդ կմ հատվածում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, գազալցակայանում պայթյուն էր տեղի ունեցել, ինչի հետևանքով խոշոր հրդեհ էր բռնկվել։

Կային վիրավորներ, այրված ու մոխրակույտի վերածված ավտոմեքենաներ, կրակն ու ծուխը տեսանելի էին մի քանի կմ-ից։

Ժամանել էին մեծ թվով հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներ, տեղում աշխատում էին մեծ թվով բժիշկներ, պարեկներ, ոստիկաններ։

Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն, գեներալ-մայոր Կամո Ցուցուլյանը, ՓԾ տնօրենի տեղակալներ Եգոր Կարապետյանը, Դավիթ Սարգսյանը, Տիգրան Պետրոսյանն ու  Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի պետ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը:

Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել նաև Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ահարոն Սահակյանն ու Աբովյանի քաղաքապետ Էդուարդ Բաբայանը։

Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել նաև Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազ Սևակ Պողոսյանը, Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալներ Գոռ Խանզադյանը, Անդրանիկ Վարդանյանն ու Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազության ավագ դատախազ Հովհաննես Բաղյանը։

Ժամանել էին նաև ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետ Ռուբեն Դավթյանը, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի պետ Էդմոնդ Այվազյանն ու բաժնի պետի ծառայության գծով տեղակալ Արսեն Սարգսյանը: 

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Դեպքի վայրում էին նաև ԲԱՎ, ՃԿԱԿ և ՀՓԱԿ օպերատիվ և հերթապահ խմբերը։
