Աբսուրդ մեղադրանքներով ուզում են լռեցնել ընդդիմադիր գործչին

Ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Էդգար Ղազարյանի խոսքի ազատությունը մասնակի սահմանափակվել է, դատարանը մասնակի է բավարարել Քննչական կոմիտեի միջնորդությունը։ Էդգար Ղազարյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 490-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ դատավորի, դատախազի, քննիչի, քննչական մարմնի ղեկավարի, հետաքննության մարմնի, փաստաբանի, ներկայացուցչի, փորձագետի կամ հարկադիր կատարողի նկատմամբ սպառնալիքը կամ նրանց մասին տեղեկություն հրապարակելը կամ նրանց գույքը ոչնչացնելը կամ վնասելը կամ նրանց նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը։ Առաջադրված մեղադրանքը ենթադրում է մինչև 5 տարվա ազատազրկում։

Մեղադրանքի հիմքում իբր ՍԴ դատավորների մասին արատավոր տեղեկություններ տարածելն է։ Մեղադրանքի հիմքում նաև Էդգար Ղազարյանի քննադատություններն են, մասնավորապես այն, որ Վահե Գրիգորյանն ապօրինի է դարձել ՍԴ դատավոր, ինչպես նաև այն, որ ուղիղ եթերների ընթացքում նրա կողմից հնչեցված արտահայտությունները, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանը չեզոքացրել է Անկախության հռչակագիրը, որի իրավունքը չուներ, իսկ այդ որոշումը կայացնող դատավորները կամ տգետ են, կամ դավաճան։

Ղազարյանի դեմ մեղադրանքը, իհարկե, աբսուրդ է, եթե ոչ նիկոլական դատարաններում, ապա ՄԻԵԴ-ում մեղադրանքն ամբողջությամբ փլուզվելու է։ Սահմանափակումները վկայում են, որ իշխանությունները պարզապես մտադիր են լռեցնել Ղազարյանին, որը պարբերաբար քննադատում է իրենց վարած քաղաքականությունը: Հատկապես վերջին շրջանում, երբ Ղազարյանի հաղորդումները, քննադատություններն ավելի ու ավելի կոշտ են, գործող իշխանությունները նպատակ ունեն պարզապես լռեցնել նրան, իսկ դրա համար դիմում են ապօրինությունների։ Զարմանալի չէ, որ նույնիսկ ընդդիմադիր գործչին չընդունող անձինք ձայն են բարձրացրել ի պաշտպանություն Ղազարյանի։ Այսօր սահմանափակում են նրա խոսքի ազատությունը, վաղը՝ կսահմանափակեն մյուսինը, և այդպես շարունակ։ «Ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնն» այդպիսի բան է։
