Ո՞ր տարիքից կարելի է ստանալ տարիքային աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակ

Տարիքային աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակ նշանակվում է 63 տարին լրացած անձին, եթե նա ունի առնվազն 25 տարվա աշխատանքային ստաժ:

63 տարին լրացած անձին տարիքային աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակ նշանակվում է նաև 25 տարվա աշխատանքային ստաժից պակաս ստաժի առկայության դեպքում, եթե նա ունի առնվազն 10 օրացուցային տարվա աշխատանքային ստաժ:

Այս մասով սահմանված տարիքային կենսաթոշակի իրավունք տվող աշխատանքային ստաժը սահմանվում է ըստ հետևյալ սանդղակի.

Կենսաթոշակի անցնելու տարեթիվը՝

2012թ.2013թ.2014թ.2015թ.2016թ. և հետո

Աշխատանքային  ստաժը՝

6 տարի7 տարի8 տարի9 տարի10 տարի

63 տարեկանից մեկ տարի շուտ տարիքային կենսաթոշակ նշանակվում է, եթե անձն ունի առնվազն 35 տարվա աշխատանքային ստաժ և չի աշխատում:

Տարիքային աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի իրավունք ունեցող անձը կենսաթոշակի նշանակման համար կարող է դիմել ցանկացած ժամանակ` իր հայեցողությամբ:

Տարիքային աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակը նշանակվում է ցմահ:

Տարիքային կենսաթոշակ նշանակելու համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերն են՝ դիմումը, անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը, հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշը կամ այն չստանալու մասին տեղեկանքը, աշխատանքային ստաժը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը (աշխատանքային գրքույկը, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում` ստաժը հաստատող այլ փաստաթղթեր կամ արխիվային տեղեկանքներ), սոցիալական վճար կատարած լինելու մասին ծառայության տված տեղեկանքը կամ գործատուի տված տեղեկանքն աշխատավարձի չափի մասին` ըստ տարիների և ամիսների., լուսանկար (4 x 6 սմ չափսի):
