Տղամարդը մուճով սպանել է իր մորաքրոջ որդուն

Գոռ Հ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել իր մորաքրոջ որդուն՝ Ազատ Ն․-ին սպանելու, ինչպես նաև մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես հարմարեցված առարկայի գործադրմամբ ավազակությամբ վերջինիս գույքը հափշտակելու համար: Այս մասին Iravaban.net-ը տեղեկանում է «Դատալեքս» դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Գոռն այցելել է Ազատի տուն, այցելությունների ընթացքում տեսնելով վերջինիս պարանոցի ոսկյա շղթան, պլանավորել է շահադիտական դրդումներով սպանել նրան և հափշտակել շղթան: Մեղադրյալը պարզել է, որ իր մորաքրոջ որդին տանը միայնակ է, սակայն իր հետ նրան սպանելու համար նախապես որևէ առարկա չի վերցրել, փայտ կոտրելու պատրվակով վերջինից կացին է խնդրել, սակայն պարզելով, որ Ազատ Ն․-ն տանը կացին չունի, որոշել է վերջինին սպանել իր տանը գտնվող մուրճով:

«․․․Որպեսզի Ազատ Ն․-ն չհասկանա իր այցելության իրական նպատակը, վերջինին խնդրել է սուրճ հյուրասիրել, որից հետո հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող մուրճը վերցնելու և դրանով իր մտադրված հանցագործություններն ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով վերադարձել է իր բնակության վայր, վերցրել է մուրճը և այն թաքցնելով պարկի մեջ, ինչպես նաև խոհանոցային դանակ և այն թաքցնելով գոտկատեղի շրջանում, ժամը 15:00-ի սահմաններում վերադարձել է Ազատ Ն․-ի բնակության վայր»,-նշվում է մեղադրական եզրակացության մեջ:

Տուն մտնելուց հետո, երբ եղբայրը նստել է մահճակալին, Գոռ Հ․-ն պարկից աննկատ հանելով մուրճը, 4 հարված է հասցրել գլխի գագաթային շրջանին և պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի՝ գանգի ներհրված կոտրվածքների ձևով վնասվածքներ՝ սպանել է նրան:

Տեսնելով, որ Ազատ Ն․-ն անշարժացել է, իր հետ նախապես վերցված դանակով կտրելով վերջինի պարանոցին առկա ոսկյա շղթան և հափշտակելով դրա մանր չափերով՝ 65.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ 36,5. սմ երկարությամբ մի հատվածը, վերադարձել է իր տուն: Հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող մուրճը և դանակը թողնելով տանը, գնացել է Երևանի առևտրի կենտրոններից մեկը, որտեղ հափշտակված ոսկյա շղթայի մասը 65.000 ՀՀ դրամով վաճառել է։

Գործը դատարան է ստացվել փետրվարի 7-ին և մակագրվել դատավոր Գոռ Շահբազյանին։ 13 փաթեթ իրեղեն ապացույց է ձեռք բերվել, որը կցվել է քրեական գործի նյութերին։

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
