Ինչի՞ շուրջ համաձայնության եկան Ռուսաստանն ու ԱՄՆ-ը. Լավրովի հայտարարությունը

Էր Ռիադում անցկացված հանդիպմանը Մարկ Ռուբիոն ընդգծել է Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի ազգային շահերով առաջնորդվելու անհրաժեշտությունը, և Մոսկվան համաձայն է դրան։ Ըստ РИА Новости-ի՝ դրա մասին ամերիկյան պատվիրակության հետ բանակցություններից հետո հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։

Ըստ Լավրովի՝ Ռուսաստանն ու ԱՄՆ-ը համակարծիք են եղել, որ պետք է ամեն ինչ անել աշխարհաքաղաքական ոլորտներում և տնտեսական հարցերում ջանքերը միավորելու համար։

Հիմքեր կան ենթադրելու, որ ամերիկյան կողմը սկսել է ավելի լավ անսալ Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշումը, հայտարարել է Լավրովը։

«Ռուսաստանն ու ԱՄՆ-ը պայմանավորվել են, որ երբ իրենց շահերը չեն համընկնում, պետք է ոչ թե հակամարտություն հրահրեն, այլ լուծեն խնդիրները։ Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են, որ մոտ ապագայում կձևավորվի ուկրաինական կարգավորման գործընթաց և կնշանակվեն բանակցողներ»։ Բանակցությունների ընթացքում ԱՄՆ-ի հետ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել պայմաններ ստեղծել ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը լուծմանը զուգընթաց, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև համագործակցությունն ամբողջությամբ վերսկսվի»,- նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը։ Լավրովը, խոսելով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների մասին, առաջին հերթին նշել է դեսպանների նշանակման անհրաժեշտության և դիվանագիտական ​​առաքելությունների աշխատանքի սահմանափակումների վերացման մասին պայմանավորվածությունը։

«Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև Ուկրաինայի հարցով խորհրդակցությունները կանոնավոր կլինեն, երբ երկու կողմերը բանակցային թիմեր կնշանակեն»,- պարզաբանել է նա։

«Մենք մեր ամերիկացի զրուցակիցներին բացատրեցինք, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորքերի ներկայությունն Ուկրաինայում անընդունելի է։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ԱՄՆ-ը բանակցությունների ընթացքում առաջարկել է մորատորիում մտցնել էներգետիկ օբյեկտների վրա հարձակումները, Ռուսաստանը բացատրել է, որ չի հարձակվում քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների վրա»,- եզրափակել է Լավրովը։
