Թոքաբորբով հոսպիտալացումների թիվն աճել է․ ի՞նչ համաճարակային վիճակ է Հայաստանում

Ինչպես ամբողջ աշխարհում, այդպես էլ Հայաստանում դեռևս դիտվում է շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված բարձր ակտիվությունը, որը համահունչ է տվյալ սեզոնին։

Այդ մասին MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ԱՆ ՀՎԿԱԿ-ի վարակիչ և ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանության վարչության պետ Ռոմելլա Աբովյանը՝ ներկայացնելով այս պահին մեր երկրում տիրող համաճարակային վիճակը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ամենօրյա մշտադիտարկումները, հիվանդացության վերլուծությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ վերջին յոթ օրվա տվյալները գրեթե չեն փոխվել, նույն գծի վրա են, այսինքն՝ տեղեկությունը, թե համաճարակային վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել է, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում։

«Նախորդ շաբաթվա համեմատ ունենք հիվանդացության նույն մակարդակը, կտրուկ աճ չկա։ Յոթերորդ շաբաթն է՝ նույն գծով գնում ենք։ Առաջնային պահպանման կազմակերպություններ դիմելիությունն էլ է նույն մակարդակի վրա»,- նկատեց Աբովյանը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է թոքաբորբի դեպքերին, ապա այս հիվանդությամբ դիմելիությունը 1,1 անգամ ավելի է նախորդ շաբաթվա համեմատ։ 

«Սա էլ պայմանավորված է շրջանառվող վիրուսով․ մենք այս պահին ունենք շրջանառվող A տեսակի գրիպի H1N1 ենթատեսակը, որ ամենաշատն է թոքաբորբ առաջացնում, այսինքն՝ թոքաբորբի առաջացման տեսանկյունից ավելի ռիսկային է, քան գրիպի մյուս տեսակները։ Նաև ունենք գրիպի B տեսակի հարուցիչներ և այլ շնչառական վարակներ։ Ուստի, եթե ճիշտ ժամանակին չեն դիմում բժշկի, ապա թոքաբորբի վտանգ կա՝ հատկապես երեխաների ու տարեցների դեպքում»,- նշեց Աբովյանը։

Ըստ վիճակագրության՝ հոսպիտալացված քաղաքացիների թվում ևս աճ չկա։ 

«Իրականում հոսպիտալացված պացիենտներից 92,4%-ը 0-18 տարեկան երեխաներ են, ինչն այս հիվանդության առանձնահատկություններից է։ Այս ՍՇՎ-ների հիմնական թիրախը երեխաներն են և 65-ից բարձր այն տարեցները, որոնք ունեն քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ»,- ներկայացրեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Ռոմելլա Աբովյանը ևս մեկ անգամ շեշտեց՝ թոքաբորբի դեպքերը կանխարգելելու համար շատ կարևոր է ճիշտ ժամանակին դիմել բուժհաստատություններ։

«Ժամանակին չեն դիմում ու թոքաբորբի շրջանում են արդեն հոսպիտալացվում»,- ասաց նա։

Ինչ վերաբերում է սոցցանցերում հնչող անհանգստություններին, թե հիվանդանոցներում ազատ տեղ չկա, ապա Աբովյանը վստահեցրեց՝ այդ լուրերը սուտ են։

Հարցին, թե հանրապետության տարածքում կա՞ն դպրոցներ, որոնք անցել են հեռավար ուսուցման, Ռոմելլա Աբովյանը պատասխանեց՝ այս պահին չկան։

«Հեռավար ուսուցման են անցնում դպրոցները, եթե բացակայությունների թիվը 25% և ավելի է, հիմա մենք ունենք 2% բացակայությունների թիվ, ուստի նման առաջարկ դպրոցներին չենք արել»,- ամփոփեց խոսքը ՀՀ ԱՆ ՀՎԿԱԿ-ի վարակիչ և ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանության վարչության պետ Ռոմելլա Աբովյանը։
