Մյունխենում Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է միայն յուրային սփյուռքահայերին

Գերմանական Մյունխեն կատարած այցի վերջին օրը ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը կարճ տեսանյութ և հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, թե տեղի է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը Գերմանիայի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Հաղորդել էին, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում վարչապետը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները և դրանց հաղթահարման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող քայլերը, անդրադարձել ՀՀ Կառավարության ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններին, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության ապահովմանն ուղղված ջանքերին։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է ներկաների հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերել են պետական կառավարման համակարգին, բարեփոխումների գործընթացին, Հայաստան-Սփյուռք հարաբերություններին, ՀՀ Կառավարության տարբեր ոլորտներում իրականացվող ծրագրերին։

Նույնիսկ տեսանյութում է երևում, որ հանդիպման մասնակիցները սակավաթիվ են։ Պարզվում է, որ Գերմանիայում գործող քիչ թե շատ ազդեցիկ որևէ հայկական կառույց այդ հանդիպմանը հրավիրված չի եղել։ Գերմանահայոց Կենտրոնական խորհրդի նախագահ Յոնաթան Շփանգենբերկը սփյուռքի հայկական լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին՝ ՕՐԵՐ-ին հայտնել է, թե հանդիպմանը չեն մասնակցելու ոչ Հայոց թեմը, ոչ նրա 16 եկեղեցական միություններից որևէ մեկը, ոչ Գերմանահայոց Կենտրոնական Խորհուրդն ու նրա կազմակերպությունները։

Բացակայել են Հայաստանի Հիմնադրամը, Հայ Իրավաբանների Միությունը, Հայ Բժիշկների Միությունը, Հայ Մասնագետների Միությունը, Հայ Գործարարների Միությունը, Հայ Բարեգործական Ընդհանուր Միությունը և այլ կազմակերպություններ։ Օբյեկտիվորեն հարց է ծագում, թե ում հետ է հանդիպել Փաշինյանը։ Այս հարցն անգամ գերմանահայերին է մտահոգում, որոնք լուրջ ասելիք և ամոթանք ունեին տալու Փաշինյանին։

Գործող իշխանությունները Սփյուռքի գերագույն հանձնակատարի նախաձեռնությամբ, տարբեր գաղթօջախներում նոր կառույցներ են հիմնում, տեղերում հանձնակատարներ նշանակում, փոքր խմբեր ձևավորում՝ փորձելով նրանց միջոցով խլացնել սփյուռքահայերի ձայնը։ Այս անգամ էլ նույն կերպ են վարվել։
