Նոր մարտահրավեր Աբխազիայում. Գունբայի մրցակիցը թուրքամետ գործիչն է

Աբխազիայում արտահերթ նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլ է լինելու, որին կմասնակցեն փոխնախագահ Բադրա Գունբան և «Աբխազիայի Ժողովրդական շարժում» կազմակերպության ղեկավար Ադգուր Արձինբան։

Նախօրեին կայացած ընտրություններում Գունբան հավաքել է 46,38 տոկոս քվե, իսկ Արձինբան՝ 36.92 տոկոս։ Մյուս երեք թեկնածուները բավական ետ են մնում առաջատարներից։ Աբխազիայի Վերահսկիչ պալատի նախկին ղեկավար Ռոբերտ Արշբան ստացել է 7,54 տոկոս, Ռուսաստանում Աբխազիայի նախկին առևտրային ներկայացուցիչ Օլեգ Բարցիցը՝ 4,04 տոկոս, իսկ Սևծովյան զարգացման բանկի կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահ Ադգուր Խուրխումալը՝ 0,97 տոկոս։

Ընտրողների մասնակցությունը բավական բարձր է եղել՝ գրեթե 69 տոկոս։ Այժմ մարտի 1-ին Աբխազիայի բնակիչներն ընտրելու են երկու թեկնածուներից մեկին։ Աբխազիայում ահռելի հայկական համայնք կա, ըստ որոշ տվյալների, մինչև բնակչության 40 տոկոսը, իսկ Արձինբան արդեն հասցրել է թշնամանք հարուցել ոչ միայն հայերի, այլև Աբխազիայում բնակվող մյուս ազգային փոքրամասնությունների նկատմամբ։

«Աբխազիայի Ժողովրդական շարժում» կազմակերպության ղեկավարն առաջ է մղում Թուրքիայի շահերը, իր կողմնակիցների հետ բազմիցս աչքի է ընկել հակահայկական հայտարարություններով, ազգամիջյան բախումներ սադրելու իր հմտություններով։ Աբխազիայի հայ համայնքը նույնիսկ նամակով դիմել էր ՀՀ իշխանություններին՝ կոչ անելով պաշտոնապես խնդրել չճանաչված հանրապետության ժամանակավոր իշխանություններին հայ համայնքի պաշտպանության լրացուցիչ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել, քանի որ չեն բացառվում հայերի դեմ բռնությունների ու ջարդերի հավանականությունը։ ՀՀ իշխանությունները, ի դեպ, որևէ կերպ չեն արձագանքել։

Արձինբան պարտվել էր նաև 2020 թ. ընտրություններում՝ կրկին երկրորդ տեղը զբաղեցնելով։ Ըստ վերլուծաբանների, նա այժմ պատկառելի քանակի ձայներ ստացել է հենց ԵՄ և Թուրքիայի ֆինանսավորման, տեղեկատվական և նյութական աջակցության արդյունքում։ Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության տիրույթում գտնվող փոքրիկ ու չճանաչված այդ պետությունն այժմ Անկարայի թիրախում է, որը ցանկանում է իր հավատարիմ խամաճիկին նշանակել այնտեղ։ Իսկ Արձինբայի ընտրությունն ընդհուպ կարող է բախումներ հրահրել Աբխազիայում։ Առաջին փուլում հայ համայնքը բավական ակտիվ մասնակցել է, ընտրել կառավարման մեծ փորձ ունեցող, երկիրը համախբելու ունակ Բադրա Գունբային։ Առաջիկա երկու շաբաթները վճռորոշ են լինելու թե՛ Աբխազիայի ապագայի, թե՛ այդ երկրում հայկական հետքը պահպանելու հարցում։
