Արտակարգ դեպք՝ Արարատի մարզում․ աղջկան նեղացնելու հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանությունը ավարտվել է կրակոցներով

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ փետրվարի 8-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզային վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արտաշատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Իսակով փողոցի շենքերից մեկի մոտ հնչել են կրակոցներ, առկա են կրակված պարկուճներ, նույն փողոցի մեկ այլ շենքի բակում կայանված «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի բեռնախցիկի վրա առկա է կրակոցի հետք:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի փաստով նույն օրը փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 297 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի, 264 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 335 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզային վարչության ծառայողների՝ վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողների՝ բաժնի պետ Արտավազդ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 32-ամյա Լ․ Հ․-ին, 19-ամյա Վ․ Ա․-ի կողմից նեղացնելու հարցի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ կատարելու հարցի շուրջ փետրվարի 8-ին ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում Արտաշատ քաղաքի Իսակովի փողոցի շենքերից մեկի մոտ իրար հետ հանդիպել են Լ․ Հ․-ն, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 40-ամյա Գ․ Կ․-ն, 33-ամյա Ա․ Ա․-ն և Վ․ Ա․-ն, վերջինիս պապ, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 68-ամյա Ս․Գ․-ն, 17-ամյա Թ․ Բ․-ն, որի ժամանակ վերջիններս վիճաբանել և բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք են ցուցաբերել հասարակության նկատմամբ, որի ընթացքում Վ․ Ա․-ն իր մոտ պահվող դեռևս չպարզված ապօրինի ատրճանակից կրակոցներ է հնչեցրել Իսակովի փողոցի շենքերից մեկի առաջին հարկում գործող վարսավիրանոցի ուղղությամբ, ինչին ի պատասխան էլ Ա․ Ա․-ն, դեռևս չպարզված իր մոտ պահվող ապօրինի ատրճանակից նույնպես հնչեցրել է կրակոցներ:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է գազային ատրճանակի չկրակված 2 փամփուշտ, գազային ատրճանակի 1 պարկուճ, «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակի գնդակ, «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակի 3 պարկուճ, «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակի չկրակված փամփուշտ, ինչպես նաև հայտնաբերվել է նույն փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում կայանված «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա՝ բեռնախցիկի վրա կրակոցի հետքով, որը քննիչի որոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է Արարատի մարզային քրեական վարչության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
