<<Ծառուկյան դաշինքում>> կռիվ քցելու անհաջող փորձերը

Զարմանալի տրամաբանություն ունի հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտը: Զարմանալի իր պրիմիտիվությամբ: Օրինակ, եթե քննադատում ես կառավարության գործունեությունը կամ իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը, ուշադրություն են դարձնում ոչ թե քնադատությանդ բովանդակությանը, այլ փորձում են մութ սենյակում սև կատու փնտրել: Փորձում են քննադատությունը հիմնավորել առեղծվածային երևույթներով, որովհետև այլ կերպ ստիպված են լինելու առնչվել հնչեցված քննադատության ցավոտ բովանդակության հետ:
Ծառուկյան դաշինքի խորհրդարանական ակտիվ գործունեությունը պիտի դառնար դասական օրինակ՝ թե ինչպես պիտի օգտագործել պառլամենտական հարթակը կառուցվածքային քննադատության համար: Իսկ իշխանությունն ու կառավարությունը պիտի շնորհակալ լինեին այդպիսի համակարգված, կառուցողական ու բոլոր ոլորտներին առնչվող քննադատություն հնչեցնելու համար: Ծառուկյան դաշինքն, իհարկե, իր գործն է անում, անում է այն, ինչ պարտավոր է անել ժողովրդի քվե ստացած ուժը: Ի տարբերություն մյուս ուժերի սկանդալներ ու ինտրիգներ չի որոնում, որ դրանց վրա տեղեկատվական աղմուկ սարքի: Բայց իշխանությունները սկանդալիստներին ու ինտրիգասերներին ավելի են գնահատում, տեղ տալիս, արձագանքում նրանց իբր սուր քննադատություններին, որովհետև այդպես հեշտ է՝ համ բովանդակային բացատրություն տալու կարիք չկա, համ էլ ընդդիմադիրներն էլ գոհ են մնում ՝ սուր հարցադրումից հանրային դիվիդենտներ քաղելով:
Իսկ Ծառուկյան դաշինքը իր քննադատությունը չի կառուցում սկանդալի ու ինտրիգի վրա: Բարեբախտաբար դաշինքում կան ոլորտային փորձառու մասնագետներ, որոնք ունակ են որակյալ քննադատություն հնչեցնել: Բայց ինչպես տեսնում ենք շատերն այդ քննադատությունները չեն կարողանում մարսել: Եվ այդ քննադատությունների բովանդակությունը համառորեն չտեսնելու մարտավարությունը նոր դրսևորումներ է ստանում:
Սկսվում են խոսակցություններ տարածվել, թե իբր Ծառուկյան դաշինքում կառավարության գործունեության քննադատությամբ միայն մի մասն է զբաղվում, մյուսները չեն զբաղվում: Հորինվում և մամուլ է արտահոսվում ինչ-որ կեղծ հակասություն դաշինքի պատգամավորների միջև, որն իսկույն հերքվում է: Այս բոլոր անարդյունք փորձերը ահռելի ռեսուրս են խլում դրանց պատվիրատուներից: Այն ինչ կարելի էր այսքան ջանք ու եռանդ չխնայելու փոխարեն պարզապես ականջալուր լինել քննադատություններին ու դրանց հետևում առեղծվածներ ման չգալ: Ի վերջո Ծառուկյան դաշինքը օդից չի հորինում այդ քննադատությունները. դրանք հասարակության ամենօրյա կյանքի վերլուծություններ են: Այն ինչ ասում են դաշինքի անդամները, ասում, խոսում ու մտածում է հասարակության զգալի մասը: Ծառուկյան դաշինքն ընդամենը փոխանցում է ժողովրդի խոսքը: Սա անվճար ու բարձր մակարդակով արվող մասնագիտական խորհրդատվություն է, որը ընդունելու փոխարեն, փաստորեն որոշվում է դրանք տարբեր տեսակի ստահոդ լուրերով կասեցնելու անհաջող փորձեր ձեռնարկել:
