Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Խնայողությունների թալան։

ՀՀ վարչախմբի քպ ղեկավարը հետեւողականորեն իր թաթերն է ձգում դեպի քաղաքացիների խնայողությունները։

Ինչպիսի հաշվարկ ունի ֆունկցիոնալ անգրագետը, ով պարզապես ցանկանում է սոսնձված մնալ իշխանական աթոռին?: Նրա միակ նպատակը անձնական բարեկեցությունն է եվ պետական օլիգարխի բարեկեցիկ կյանքը, որի շարունակման համար վտանգ է զգացել։ Այո վտանգը բավականին սպառնալի , դրամատիկ երանգ է ստանում, որովհետև տնտեսությունը կանգ է առել եվ 2025 թվականին արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի կանխատեսումներով արտահանումը, ներմուծումը, ծառայությունների բնագավառը կրճատվելու են 40-45 տոկոսով։ Այս թվերը վկայում են, որ շատ շուտով պետական ապարատի աշխատավարձերը, քաղաքացիների նպաստները եվ թոշակների վճարվելու համար փող չի լինելու։

Ողջամիտ ղեկավարը , անկասկած կփորձեր գնալ հանրային կոնսոլիդացիայի ճանապարհով եվ կկազմեր հանրային ազգային համաձայնության կառավարություն, որի հավաքական ջանքերով հնարավոր կլիներ չեզոքացնել բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերներ, սակայն ՀՀ ներկա վարչախմբի ղեկավարը դասական բռնապետի վարքագիծ է դրսեւորում եվ փորձում է չլուծվող տնտեսական խնդիրները լուծել իր գավառական աշխուժակի մեթոդներով։

Մեթոդներից առաջինը դա քաղաքացիների գրպանը մտնելն է եվ ի վերջո նրանցից խնայողությունների հափշտակումը։ Այս մոդելի լույսի ներքո պետք է դիտարկել գույքահարկի պարտքերի տակ խեղդվող քաղաքացու բնակարանի խլումը, հայտարարագրման ծուղակների միջոցով քաղաքացիներին տուգանքների տակ գլորելը, ապրանքային մնացորդի հոդվածներով տնտեսվարողներին անլուծելի պարտքերի տակ գցելը։ Արդեն իսկ նշմարվում է որոշ ժամանակ անց բանկային ավանդների մի մասը գրպանելու անթաքույց նկրտումներ կարծես։

Այսօր կառավարության նիստում անոնսվեց ծախսերի հայտարարագրման գործընթացի սկիզբ։ Անտարակույս, հանրությունը առերեսվում է նրանց պատերազմ հայտարարած անձի հետ, որը հասկացել է , որ իր իրոք կուտակած պետական պարտքը ունի երկու պահանջատեր, մեկը դրսի հզորները , իսկ մյուսը ՀՀ անպաշտպան քաղաքացիները։ Վստահ եղեք, հարգելի քաղաքացիներ, որ դրսի հզորների պարտքը եվ տոկոսները սուս փուս վճարողը, կուժն ու կուլան ջարդելու է ձեր գլխին։ Այո , դուք անպաշտպան եք եվ հերթական հարվածները չեն ուշանալու։ Հարցի լուծումը գտնվում է ձեր ձեռքերում։
