ԵՄ երկրներն Ուկրաինայի վերաբերյալ հայտարարություն են տարածել Թրամփ-Պուտին հեռախոսազրույցից հետո

Ուկրաինան և Եվրոպան պետք է մասնակցեն ցանկացած բանակցությունների՝ կապված Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի ավարտի հետ. նման կարծիք են հայտնել Գերմանիայի, Ֆրանսիայի, Լեհաստանի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Իսպանիայի, Իտալիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարները, ինչպես նաև ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության ծառայությունը և Եվրահանձնաժողովը համատեղ հայտարարությունում, որը հրապարակվել է ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահներ Դոնալդ Թրամփի և Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ Ուկրաինայի վերաբերյալ հեռախոսազրույցից անմիջապես հետո։ Այս մասին գրում է dw.com-ը:

«Ուկրաինայում արդար և երկարատև խաղաղությունն անհրաժեշտ պայման է հուսալի անդրատլանտյան անվտանգության համար», - ասվում է հայտարարությունում։ Ինչպես ընդգծել են եվրոպացի դիվանագետները, նրանք անհամբեր սպասում են «ամերիկյան դաշնակիցների հետ» հետագա գործողությունների վերաբերյալ բանակցություններին: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ընդհանուր նպատակը պետք է լինի «Ուկրաինային ուժեղի դիրք տեղափոխելը», նշել են հայտարարության հեղինակները։

Եվրոպական երկրները, որոնց արտգործնախարարները ստորագրել են հայտարարությունը, նաև պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ուժեղացնել աջակցությունն Ուկրաինային և անհրաժեշտ են համարում այդ երկրին անվտանգության երաշխիքներ տրամադրել։

«Մենք պատրաստ ենք ուժեղացնել մեր աջակցությունը Ուկրաինային, մենք պաշտպանում ենք նրա անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը և տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ ի դեմս Ռուսաստանի ագրեսիվ պատերազմի», - ընդգծել են նրանք։

«Մենք կիսում ենք Ուկրաինային աջակցելու նպատակը՝ մինչև արդար, համապարփակ և կայուն խաղաղության հասնելը», - ասվում է փաստաթղթում։ Դա ենթադրում է խաղաղության պայմանագիր, որը երաշխավորում է Ուկրաինայի և եվրոպական երկրների շահերը, պարզաբանում է dpa գործակալությունը։

Նախօրեին՝ փետրվարի 12-ին, հեռախոսազրույց է տեղի ունեցել Պուտինի և Թրամփի միջև։ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտնել է, որ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են անձնական հանդիպում կազմակերպել։ Կրեմլի ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ Պուտիnn ԱՄՆ նախագահին հրավիրել է Մոսկվա։ Թրամփը, խոսելով հնարավոր հանդիպման մասին, նշել է, որ այն տեղի կունենա «ոչ հեռու ապագայում»։

«Համաձայնեցինք, որ ցանկանում ենք դադարեցնել ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը։ Պուտինն անգամ օգտագործեց իմ քարոզարշավի կարգախոսը՝ «Ողջախոհություն»։ Պայմանավորվեցինք աշխատել միասին, շատ սերտ՝ ներառյալ փոխադարձ այցեր ունենալով։ Պայմանավորվեցինք, որ մեր թիմերն անհապաղ կսկսեն բանակցությունները։ Ես անմիջապես կզանգահարեմ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Զելենսկիին, որպեսզի տեղեկացնեմ այս զրույցի մասին»,-զրույցի մասին ասել է Թրամփը։
