«Եվրաքվեն» ընդունվեց. այժմ նոր մարտահրավերներ են սպասվում

Ազգային ժողովը երեկ առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է Եվրամիությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին նախագիծը, որն Ազգային ժողով էր հասել «Եվրաքվե» նախաձեռնության միջոցով: Նախագծին կողմ է քվեարկել 63, դեմ՝ 7 պատգամավոր։ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը չի մասնակցել քվեարկությանը, իսկ դեմ եղել են «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության անդամները և անկախ պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանը։ Վերջերս անկախ պատգամավորների շարքը լրացրած Հովիկ Աղազարյանն ու Հակոբ Ասլանյանը, թեև առավոտյան գրանցվել էին, բայց քվեարկությանը չեն մասնակցել։ Ի դեպ, Աղազարյանը տակավին նախօրեին հայտարարում էր, թե դեմ են քվեարկելու նախագծին։

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության 63 անդամներ խելոք կողմ են քվեարկել, թեև խմբակցությունում նախագծի վերաբերյալ դիրքորոշումները տարբեր էին։ Արդյունքում բոլորն էլ պարտադրված են եղել քվեարկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամքով։

Այժմ իշխանությունները պետք է կոնկրետ գործողություններ սկսեն։ Օրինակ, քննարկվում է առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնը վերականգնելու հարցը։ Այդ փոխվարչապետն էլ համակարգելու է եվրոպական ուղղությունը։ Արևմուտքից երկու թեկնածու ունեն՝ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Սարգսյանն ու «Հանուն հանրապետության» կուսակցության նախագահ Արման Բաբաջանյանը։ Այս երկու ուժերն են «Եվրաքվե» նախաձեռնության լոկոմոտիվները։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանն առավելապես հակված է Արամ Սարգսյանի թեկնածությանը, որին էլ, ըստ երևույթին, առաջիկայում կհանձնարարեն գրասենյակ ձևավորել։ Նրա նշանակումը, սակայն, կարող է խնդիրներ հարուցել բուն նախաձեռնության կազմում, որտեղ ապարդյուն փորձեր էին անում ինքնուրույն թվալ, իսկ Սարգսյանը Երևանի ընտրություններից հետո այլևս ինքնուրույն գործիչ չի համարվում, այլ դարձել է Փաշինյանի կցորդը։
