Տնօրենը 140 օրից ավելի ապօրինաբար կալանավորված է, իսկ հարյուրավոր աշխատակիցներ հայտնվել են ծանր իրավիճակում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Մաքուր երկաթ» ընկերության տնօրեն Կարեն Հակոբյանը 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ից շարունակում է մնալ կալանավորված, ըստ նրա փաստաբանների՝ ակնհայտ ապօրինի ձևով: «Փաստ» թերթը «Մաքուր երկաթ» գործարանի աշխատակիցներից ստացել է տեղեկություն, որ մինչ Կարեն Հակոբյանի կալանքը տևական բանակցությունների արդյունքում ձեռք էր բերվել համաձայնություն, որ նոր ներդրում կատարվի՝ դրանից բխող աշխատավարձային ֆոնդի և ընկերության ռեսուրսի ավելացման հեռանկարներով, սակայն այդ ամենը խափանվել է և հարյուրավոր աշխատակիցներ այս պահի դրությամբ հայտնվել են ծանր իրավիճակում:

Առհասարակ, Կարեն Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդման հետ կապված՝ մասնագետները նշում են, որ այս քրեական գործը փաստացի հանդիսանում է բիզնես գործարքների քրեականացում, ինչը չափազանց վտանգավոր է Հայաստանի տնտեսական միջավայրի համար: Առավել աբսուրդային է, որ 140 օրից ավելի է, ինչ ապօրինաբար կալանավորված է գործարարի կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձը, որը նախկինում երբևէ չի արատավորվել: 2018 թվականից ի վեր սա միակ դեպքն է, որ գործարարն անընդմեջ 140 օրից ավելի նման մեղադրանքով կալանավորված է, չնայած մշտապես բարձրացվել է այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցների հարցը:

Ըստ իրականացված հետազոտությունների, տնային կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու դեպքերում դրա պայմանների խախտման դեպքերը վիճակագրական իմաստով նույնիսկ 2 % չեն կազմում, և չնայած նրան, որ այս 140 օրվա ընթացում գործարար Կ. Հակոբյանի պաշտպանները միջնորդել էին, որ տնային կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց փոխարինի կալանքին, դրանք մշտապես մերժվել են, իսկ թե ինչու, այդ հարցի պատասխանը, ըստ մասնագետների, իրավաբանությունից դուրս է:
