Վրացի միլիարդատիրոջ դուստրը տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարների փոխհատուցում կստանա՝ տանը վխտացող ցեցերի պատճառով

Վրացի միլիարդատեր Բադրի Պատարկացիշվիլիի դուստրը՝ Իյան, և նրա ամուսինը՝ Եվհեն Հունյակը, փոխհատուցում կստանան այն բանից հետո, երբ պարզվել է, որ Լոնդոնում ավելի քան 39 մլն դոլարով գնված Հորբերի Վիլլա առանձնատանը ցեցեր են վխտում: Այս մասին գրում է The Guardian-ը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ գույքը գնելուց առաջ ամուսինները և նրանց ներկայացուցիչները տուն են այցելել առնվազն 11 անգամ:

Ամուսինները վաղ վիկտորիանական ժամանակաշրջանի տունը գնել են 2019 թվականի մայիսին: Այն ունի յոթ ննջասենյակ, լողավազան, սպա սրահ, մարզասրահ, մառան, գրադարան, կինոթատրոն և հատուկ սենյակ՝ նախատեսված խաղաղ քնելու համար: Սակայն Հորբերի Վիլլա տեղափոխվելուց օրեր անց ամուսինները նկատել են ցեցերի ներխուժման նշաններ: Նրանք դատի են տվել տան վաճառողին՝ Ուիլյամ Վուդվորդ Ֆիշերին՝ փորձելով չեղյալ համարել վաճառքը:

Դատարանում զույգի ներկայացուցիչը նշել է, որ Հունյակն ամեն օր սատկացնում էր շուրջ 100 միջատ: Հունյակը դատարանին պատմել է, որ ցեցերն այնքան շատ էին, որ ընկնում էին իրենց երեխաների ատամի խոզանակների, պատառաքաղների և անգամ ճաշի վրա:

Երկուշաբթի Լոնդոնի Գերագույն դատարանի դատավոր Ջասթիս Ֆանկուրը վճռել է, որ Վուդվորդ Ֆիշերը կեղծ պատասխաններ է տվել Լոնդոնի արևմուտքում գտնվող գույքի վիճակի մասին և ազնվորեն չի ներկայացրել միջատների ներխուժման հետ կապված լուրջ իրավիճակը:

Դատավորը կարգադրել է չեղյալ համարել վաճառքը, իսկ Վուդվորդ Ֆիշերը պետք է փոխհատուցի վաճառքի գինը՝ հանած մոտ 7,4 միլիոն դոլար, որը հաշվվում է որպես ամուսինների կողմից գույքի օգտագործման վճար: Վուդվորդ Ֆիշերին նաև պարտավորեցրել են զույգին վճարել լրացուցիչ 5 միլիոն դոլար՝ որպես ցեցերի պատճառած վնասի փոխհատուցում, ներառյալ 18,000 դոլար վնասված հագուստի համար:
