Ֆասթ Բանկը մեկնարկում է դրամային, դոլարային և եվրոյով պարտատոմսերի նոր թողարկման տեղաբաշխումը

ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 05.02.2025թ․-ի թիվ 1/35 Ա որոշմամբ գրանցվել է «Ֆասթ Բանկ» ՓԲԸ պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագրի լրացումը։

Ֆասթ Բանկը 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 17-ից մինչև 2025 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ը նախատեսում է տեղաբաշխել դրամային, դոլարային և եվրոյով անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր, համապատասխանաբար՝ 10.75%, 6.25% և 5.25%  տարեկան եկամտաբերությամբ:

Ֆասթ Բանկի կողմից կտեղաբաշխվեն 3 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, 9 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար և 3 մլն եվրո թողարկման ընդհանուր ծավալով և 100,000 ՀՀ դրամ, 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 100 եվրո անվանական արժեքով պարտատոմսեր։ Պարտատոմսերը թողարկվում են 3 տարի մարման ժամկետով, արժեկտրոնի կիսամյակային վճարման պարբերականությամբ։

Պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել Ֆասթ Բանկի 35 մասնաճյուղերից և «Դայմենշն» ՓԲԸ-ից, որը հանդիսանում է «Ֆասթ Բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի այս թողարկման տեղաբաշխողը:

Արժեթղթային հաշվի առկայության դեպքում` լրացնելով հայտ-հանձնարարականը և մինչև տվյալ օրվա ժամը 15։30-ը պարտատոմսերի ձեռք բերման գումարը ապահովելով Բանկի տրամադրված հաշվեհամարներին՝ պարտատոմսի գինը հաշվարկվում է տվյալ օրով։ Ժամը 15:30-ից հետո կատարված փոխանցումների դեպքում հայտն ընդունվում է նույն օրը, սակայն վճարվող գումարի չափը հաշվարկվում է տվյալ օրվան հաջորդող աշխատանքային օրվա պարտատոմսի գնով։

Արժեթղթային հաշվի բացակայության դեպքում հաշիվը բացվում է 1 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում, իսկ պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերումն իրականացվում է հաջորդ աշխատանքային օրվա գնով։

Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել անձնագիր և սոցիալական քարտ, ինչպես նաև բանկային հաշվի տվյալներ։

Ձեռք բերված պարտատոմսերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները հաճախորդներին տրամադրում է այն ներդրումային ծառայություններ մատուցող անձը, որի մոտ հաճախորդը բացել է իր արժեթղթերի հաշիվը (դեպո հաշիվը):

Ֆիզիկական անձանց պարտատոմսերից ստացված եկամուտները երաշխավորվում են Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի կողմից։

Ֆասթ Բանկը թվային բանկ դառնալուն միտված ընկերություն է, որը 24/7 աշխատանքային գրաֆիկով ներկայացված է Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում, գործում է նաև բանկի հավելվածը։ Ֆասթ բրենդը նախորդ տարի տոնել է ստեղծման 30-ամյակը:
