Նպաստի գումարը տնօրինել առանց տնից դուրս գալու. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Նախկինում տարբեր փաստաթղթեր էինք հավաքում, պատճենահանում..., այդ ամենը բավական ժամանակատար էր, այժմ ծառայությունից օգտվելը բավական հեշտացել է»,– ասում է «Ունիսոն» ՀԿ նախագահ Արմեն Ալավերդյանը, ով առաջիններից է, ով փորձարկել է նոր հնարավորությունը. առցանց եղանակով է ստացել իր երկրորդ բալիկին պետության կողմից տրվող ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը:

Ա. Ալավերդյանի խոսքով՝ առաջին երեխայի ժամանակ ստիպված էր ժամանակատար թղթաբանությամբ զբաղվել, տարբեր բաժանմունքներ այցելել, երբեմն էլ, այսպես ասած, «մաղարիչի ակնկալիք» ունեցող դեմքերի հանդիպել, այժմ սակայն արդեն հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում կարելի է դիմումը լրացնել ու առցանց ներկայացնել:

«SSSS.am կայքում, հենց առաջին էջում, սեղմում եք առցանց դիմումը՝ արագիլի սիրուն նկարով: Լրացնելը շատ հեշտ է, առաց հավելյալ փաստաթղթերի ու թղթաբանության»,– ասաց Ա. Ալավերդյանը՝ նշելով, որ նոր տարբերակը ազատում է անգամ գումարը բանկից ստանալու հոգսից, ամեն բան արվում է օնլայն:

Այսպիսով, քաղաքացին հնարավորություն է ստանում պետության կողմից տրվող նպաստի գումարը տնօրինել առանց տանից դուրս գալու, իսկ պետության կողմից սա նշանակում է ռեսուրսների արդյունավետ օգտագործում: Նոր ծառայությունը, ոլորտի պատասխանատուների խոսքով, հարմարավետությունից բացի, նաև հստակ հակակոռուպցիոն նշանակություն ունի, քանի որ այս գործընթացում բացառվում է պետական պաշտոնյայի և քաղաքացու միջև որևիցե կենդանի շփում: Մեր երկրում երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի համար առցանց դիմելու համակարգը կիրառության մեջ է մտել 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերից: Ըստ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության տվյալների՝ նշված համակարգից արդեն իսկ օգտվել է շուրջ 15000 մարդ:

Առայժմ երեխայի ծննդյան նպաստի առցանց դիմումի համակարգից կարելի է օգտվել 1–ին և 2–րդ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը ստանալու համար: Երրորդ և չորրորդ երեխաների համար այս հնարավորությունը հասանելի կդառնա հաջորդ տարեսկզբին:
