Ադրբեջանը միտումնավոր սրում է ՌԴ հետ հարաբերությունները

Ադրբեջանը նպատակամղված և հետևողականորեն սրում է ՌԴ հետ հարաբերությունները։ Նախ, Ղազախստանում AZAL ավիաընկերության ինքնաթիռի կործանման զեկույցն օգտագործեցին՝ Մոսկվային մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրելու, ընդհուպ Իլհամ Ալիևի դեմ մահափորձ կազմակերպելու մեջ մեղադրելու համար, հետո էլ հստակ պահանջ են դրել դադարեցնել ադրբեջանական մայրաքաղաքում գտնվող Ռուսաստանի տան գործունեությունը։ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն նման պահանջի պատճառ է ներկայացրել ռուսաստանյան կազմակերպության՝ որպես իրավաբանական անձ գրանցման բացակայությունը։

Ադրբեջանական մամուլը գրում է, թե Բաքվում գործող «Ռուսական տուն» կազմակերպությանը մեղադրում էր մշակութային, հումանիտար գործունեության քողի տակ հակաադրբեջանական լրտեսության համար: «Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվո»-ի ղեկավար Եվգենի Պրիմակովը հաստատել է Ադրբեջանից նոտա ստանալու փաստը Բաքվում ռուսական մշակութային կենտրոնի գրանցման անհրաժեշտության մասին։ «Առայժմ կարող ենք միայն հաստատել, որ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից նոտա է եկել՝ ուղղված մեր արտաքին գործերի նախարարությանը։ Այնտեղ նշվում է այն մասին, որ մեր ներկայացուցչությունը՝ Ռուսական տեղեկատվական և մշակութային կենտրոնը (ՌՏՄԿ), որը կոչվում է Ռուսական տուն, պետք է գրանցվի որպես իրավաբանական անձ տեղական օրենսդրությամբ»,- ասել է Պրիմակովը:

Նա պարզաբանել է, որ «դա սկզբունքորեն նախատեսված է միջկառավարական համաձայնագրով, որը ստորագրվել է դեռևս 1997 թ.»։

ԱԳՆ-ի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան էլ հայտարարել է, թե Մոսկվան պատրաստ է կատարել Բաքվի պահանջը «Ռուսական տան» գործունեության առնչությամբ։ Ռուսաստանն առայժմ զարմանալիորեն իրեն զուսպ է պահում, բայց չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում կոշտ մեթոդների դիմեն։ Հայաստանի համար էլ սա հնարավորություն կարող էր դառնալ ՌԴ հետ հարաբերությունները վերականգնելու, բայց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բոլորովին այլ օրակարգ ունի։
