Փաշինյանի կնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի մասնակցությամբ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի միջադեպի գործով նոր մեղադրյալներ կան (տեսանյութ)

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կնոջ` Աննա Հակոբյանի հետ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի գործով առաջիկայում նոր մեղադրյալներ կլինեն։ Այս մասին ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է փաստաբան Արայիկ Պապիկյանը։

Հիշեցնենք,որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն շուրջ 30 ծանուցում էր ուղարկել 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրի անմար կրակին մոտենալու ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի եւ նրա դստեր հետ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վկաներին։

30 ծանուցվածների մեծ մասը «Ազգային ժողովրդավարական բեւեռի» անդամներն են, որոնց Քննչական կոմիտեն ամեն օր հրավիրում է հարցաքննության։ Իրավապահները շարունակում են փնտրել վարչապետի կնոջ ներկայությամբ Ծիծեռնակաբերդում «դավաճան», «հողատու» բղավողներին, բայց նրանց ձայնը կա՝ իրենք չկան:

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ 2024թ. ապրիլի 24-ին՝ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրի անմար կրակին մոտենալու ժամանակ, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի եւ նրա դստեր ներկայությամբ «Ազգային ժողովրդավարական բեւեռի» անդամները բղավել էին՝ «դավաճան», «հողատու»։

Միջադեպից հետո 7 անձ ձերբակալվել էր։ Արդյունքում՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից առերեւույթ ատելության, խտրականության, անհանդուրժողականության կամ թշնամանք հրահրելուն կամ քարոզելուն ուղղված հրապարակային խոսք հնչեցնելու, եւ հաղորդակցային-տեղեկատվական մի քանի միջոցներով տարածելու գործողությունների դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության՝ Երեւան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 329-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից, նախնական համաձայնությամբ ատելություն, խտրականություն, անհանդուրժողականություն կամ թշնամանք հրահրելուն կամ քարոզելուն ուղղված հրապարակային խոսքը, ինչպես նաեւ այդ նպատակով նյութեր կամ առարկաներ տարածելը) նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Այս գործով կա մեկ մեղադրյալ՝ 67-ամյա Տիգրան Դրմեյանը, որը Բեւեռի անդամ է, ու նրա մասով գործը արդեն դատարանում է»:
