ՌԴ շինարարական շուկայի վիճակն ազդելու է տրանսֆերտների վրա

Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ տնտեսության բացասական միտումները լուրջ հարված կարող են հասցնել Հայաստանի այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնք գումարներ են ստանում Ռուսաստանից։ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանը հայտնել է, թե այս տարի հնարավոր է ՀՀ–ից արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնածների որոշակի կրճատում՝ հաշվի առնելով ՌԴ շինարարական շուկայում տիրող իրավիճակը։

Վիճակագրության համաձայն, Ռուսաստանում բնակարանային շինարարությունը 2024 թ. դեկտեմբերին կրճատվել է 19,1 %–ով, իսկ ամբողջ 2024 թ. համար՝ 2,4 %–ով։ Ըստ մասնագետների, շինարարության ծավալների նվազումը մի քանի պատճառ ունի։ ՌԴ ԿԲ-ն բարձրացրել է վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը, աճել են բիզնես վարկերի տոկոսադրույքները։ Կրճատվում են արտոնյալ հիփոթեքային ծրագրերը, ինչը ենթադրում է նաև շինարարության կրճատում։

Ռուսաստան արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողների զգալի մասն աշխատում է հենց շինարարության վրա, և ստեղծված իրավիճակն ազդելու է նրանց վրա։ Մեծ մասը եկամտի կորուստ է ունենալու, շատերն էլ անգործ են մնալու։ Իսկ դա ուղիղ կապ ունի Հայաստան տրանսֆերտների վրա։ Ռուսաստանը մշտապես եղել է դեպի Հայաստան մասնավոր դրամական փոխանցումների հիմնական աղբյուրը։ 2022 թվականից ի վեր դրանց ծավալը զգալիորեն աճել է. 2024 թվականին 2021 թվականի համեմատ դրանք 4 անգամից ավելի աճել են՝ կազմելով մոտ 3 մլրդ 821 մլն դոլար։

Նոր բացասական միտումներն անմիջականորեն ազդելու են ՀՀ բնակչության որոշ մասի բարեկեցության վրա, ինչն էլ լրացուցիչ սոցիալական լարվածություն է առաջացնելու։
