13.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարի դիմաց ժամկետային զինծառայողի են փորձել ազատել բանակից

ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի է դարձել, որ Եղիշե Բաղդասարյանին մեղադարանք է առաջադրվել, որ նա 2023-2024 թվականների ձմեռային զորակոչի ընթացքում զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բժշկական հանձնաժողովի անդամի պաշտոնը, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, ՀՀ ՊՆ Արարատի մարզի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման զորակոչի բաժնի պետ, պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող Աշոտ Վարդանյանի կողմից մատնանշված անձի՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ Արարատի մարզի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչի Նարեկ Ռոմանի Հակոպյանի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություն կատարելու, այն է՝ զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատման ենթակա չլինելու պայմաններում իր պաշտոնով պայմանավորված վերջինիս պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատելու նպատակով ընդունել է Աշոտ Վարդանյանի կողմից իրեն 1.215.750 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք՝ 3000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք տալու նրա առաջարկը։

ArmLur.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Վոլոդյա Գագիկի Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ՊՆ Զ և ԶՀԾ Արարատի տարծքային ստորաբաժանման ղեկավար Արմեն Հովսեփյանի տեղակալի պաշտոնը, ՀՀ ՊՆ Զ և ԶՀԾ Արարատի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման՝ 2023 թվականի ձմեռային զորակոչի ենթակա զորակոչիկ՝ իր ծանոթ Ռոման Ապրեսի Հակոպյանի որդու՝ Նարեկ Ռոմանի Հակոպյանի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելու և վերջինիս պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատելու նպատակով, 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում` քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված օրը, Ռոման Ապրեսի Հակոպյանին պատկանող Երևան-Երասխ ավտոմայրուղու Բաղրամյան 29/1 հասցեում գտնվող ավտոբենզալցակայանում Ռոման Հակոպյանից առձեռն ստացել և Նարեկ Ռոմանի Հակոպյանի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություն կատարելու համար ՀՀ ՊՆ Արարատի մարզի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման զորակոչի բաժնի պետ Աշոտ Ռաֆիկի Վարդանյանին է փոխանցել է 5.268.250 ՀՀ դրամ գումարին համարժեք՝ 13.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ այդ կերպ օժանդակելով Ռոման Ապրեսի Հակոպյանի կողմից որդու Նարեկ Ռոմանի Հակոպյանի օգտին ապօրինի գործողություն կատարելու համար կաշառք տալուն:
