Ստեղծվել է գերարդյունավետ արևային մարտկոց պատրաստված պերովսկիտից և սիլիցիումից. ի՞նչ կտա դա

Արևային մոդուլներ արտադրող չինական JinkoSolar ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, որ հասել է էներգիայի փոխակերպման ռեկորդային արդյունավետության n-տիպի վաֆլիների վրա հիմնված տանդեմ պերովսկիտ-սիլիցիումային (TOPCon) արևային մարտկոցների համար: Այդ մասին գրել է PV Magazine-ը, գրում է focus.ua-ն։

JinkoSolar-ը պնդում է, որ նոր տանդեմ արևային մարտկոցը հասել է 33,84 % արդյունավետության: Թեստի արդյունքները հավաստվել են Չինաստանի Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Շանհայի միկրոհամակարգերի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ինստիտուտի կողմից։ JinkoSolar-ի նախորդ արդյունքը նույն կոնֆիգուրացիայի վահանակի համար եղել էր 33,24 %: «Ռեկորդային պերովսկիտային տանդեմ արևային մարտկոցն օգտագործում է JinkoSolar-ի բարձր արդյունավետ TOPCon N տիպի միաբյուրեղ արևային էլեմենտը որպես ստորին մարտկոց, որը բարելավվել է մի քանի հիմնական տեխնոլոգիաների զգալի առաջընթացով», - հայտարարել է ընկերությունը: JinkoSolar-ը նաև հավելել է, որ արդյունավետության բարձրացումը ձեռք է բերվել արևային մարտկոցի ամբողջ տարածքի պասիվացման, պերովսկիտի դեֆեկտի պասիվացման և զանգվածային դեֆեկտի պասիվացման տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով:

Հարկ է նշել, որ այդ ցուցանիշն իրոք զգալի ձեռքբերում է JinkoSolar-ի համար, քանի որ այն դեռ հասանելի չէ իր մրցակիցներից շատերին, սակայն համաշխարհային ռեկորդը մինչ այժմ պատկանում է չինական Longi ընկերությանը՝ 34,6 % արդյունավետությամբ: Վերջին 3 տարվա ընթացքում այդ արտադրողն արդեն 16 անգամ է գերազանցել արևային մարտկոցների արդյունավետության համաշխարհային ռեկորդը։
