Իսկ գուցե ավելի հեռու գնացող նպատակներ կա՞ն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Բանակցային գործընթացում «Մեղրիի գործոնի» հետ կապված նախօրեի հրապարակումն ուշագրավ է առաջին հերթին այնքանով, թե ինչո՞ւ հենց հիմա շրջանառության մեջ նետվեց այն, այդտեղից արտածյալ՝ ի՞նչ նպատակ է այն հետապնդում:

Մինչ այդ, սակայն, նշենք, որ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Բագրատ Միկոյանը, արձագանքելով հիշյալ հրապարակմանը, նշել է. «Շնորհակալ կլինենք ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի սեփականությունը հանդիսացող և այնտեղից ֆինանսավորվող լրատվամիջոցին, եթե իրենց վերադաս հիմնարկից պահանջեն և հրապարակեն Քի Վեսթի փաստաթուղթը, որն իսկապես բանակցության սեղանին դրված փաստաթուղթ էր և որը, այո, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները թե՛ քննարկել են և թե՛ պատրաստ են եղել ստորագրել»:

Առհասարակ, «Մեղրին հանձնելու» այդ հորինածին թեզը նոր չէ, որ դրվել է շրջանառության մեջ: Սա փաշինյանական քարոզչության սիրելի «փուչիկներից» է: Բայց այստեղ ամենահետաքրքիրը բուն հրապարակվածի «էությունն» է: Նախ՝ արձանագրենք, որ խոսվում է ինչ-որ բանավոր քննարկումների մասին, այսինքն՝ գրավոր որևէ առաջարկ, փաստաթուղթ չկա: Երկրորդ՝ վկայակոչվում են ամերիկյան, թուրքական ու ադրբեջանական դիվանագիտության ինչ-որ գաղտնազերծված պատառիկներ: Ու, հանրագումարում անհեթեթ, եթե չասվի՝ հիմար պատկեր է ստեղծվում, թե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը Մեղրին տալիս էր, բայց Ալիևը (Հեյդար) բռնեց ու... չվերցրեց: Իրականում եղել է հակառակը:

Վերջապես, այդ հրապարակումը հանգեցնում է մի քանի ուշագրավ եզրահանգումներին, որ, ասենք՝ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը, ԱՄՆ գործուն աջակցությամբ, ամեն գնով ցանկանում էին Մեղրին պոկել Հայաստանից ու դնել թուրքական տիրապետության տակ: Կամ՝ որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը կարողացել է դիվանագիտական այնքան հմտություն ու ջանք գործադրել, որ ոչ միայն հստակ դիմադրել է այդ հակահայ նկրտումներին, այլև գործընթացը հանգեցրել է Քի Վեսթի նախագծին, որով Արցախը ճանաչվում էր, իսկ Ադրբեջանն ընդամենը Հայաստանին պատկանող (ու վերահսկվող) ճանապարհով Նախիջևան գնալ-գալու հնարավորություն էր ստանալու:

Ոչ պակաս կարևոր է նաև այն արձանագրումը, որ Քոչարյանի «հանձնած» Մեղրին թե՛ նրա պաշտոնավարման ավարտին, թե՛ մինչև օրս Հայաստանի կազմում է ու Հայաստանի հարավային դարպասը: Որքան գիտենք՝ այդպես է: Չնայած իշխանական ու մերձիշխանական քարոզչախումբը շարունակում է Մեղրիի մասին խոսել որպես հանձնած: Իսկ գուցե ավելի հեռու գնացող նպատակներ կա՞ն, որոնց համար հիմքեր են պատրաստվում, թե Քոչարյանը վաղուց «հանձնել էր»:

Ամեն դեպքում, կրկնենք, Մեղրին եղել է ու կա Հայաստանի կազմում, ոչ մեկին հանձնված չէ: Փոխարենը Արցախը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարման շրջանում ու հետևանքով հայաթափված է և ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ, Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչներն էլ՝ ադրբեջանական բանտում: Այսինքն, բուն իրականությունը թողած՝ ոմանք գերադասում են երևակայական ու առավելապես մտացածին, մանիպուլ յատիվ «փուչիկներ» շրջանառել: Ի դեպ, արդեն լրիվ պայթած ու «փսկած» փուչիկներ:
