Ինչի՞ց է ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմը և՛ ոգևորված, և՛ անհանգստացած. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետ կապված «շվեյցարական ձևակերպումները» բուռն քննարկումների պատճառ դարձան: «Մենք Հայոց ցեղասպանության պատմությանն էլ պետք է վերադառնանք, պետք է հասկանանք, լավ՝ ինչ է տեղի ունեցել և ինչու է տեղի ունեցել, և ինչպես ենք մենք դա ընկալել, ում միջոցով ենք ընկալել, ոնց է, որ1939 թվին Հայոց ցեղասպանության օրակարգ չի եղել, և ոնց է, որ1950-ին Հայոց ցեղասպանության օրակարգ հայտնվել է: Սա մենք պե՞տք է հասկանանք, թե՞ չպետք է հասկանանք», -ասել էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Այս հայտարարությունը լուրջ քննադատությունների առիթ դարձավ հայաստանյան ընդդիմության և մասնագիտական շրջանակների կողմից, փոխարենը մեծ ոգևորություն առաջացրեց թուրքական և ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում: Օրերս թեմային անդրադարձել է նաև BBC-ի թուրքական բաժինը: Մեջբերելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքերը՝ հեղինակները անդրադարձել են իշխող ուժի մի քանի պատգամավորի՝ իրենց ղեկավարի խոսքերը «սրբագրելու» փորձերին, թե իբր նա չի ժխտել Ցեղասպանությունը: Միևնույն ժամանակ նշվում է, որ նախկին ԱԳ նախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը գնահատել է որպես «դավաճանություն, որը չի կարող ներվել կամ անտեսվել»: Հոդվածում տեղեկացվում է, որ սուր քննադատությամբ են հանդես եկել Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին, Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցությունը, Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունը և այլն:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ հոդվածում առանձնակի շեշտադրված է «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունը՝ հատուկ ընդգծելով, որ այն ստեղծվել է, որպեսզի «թույլ չտրվի, որ 1915 թվականի իրադարձությունները որակվեն այլ կերպ, քան Ցեղասպանություն»: Մեջբերվում են նախաձեռնության հիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանի խոսքերը. «Հիմա վարչախումբը ձեռնամուխ է եղել Թուրքիայի առաջ ստանձնած իր հաջորդ պարտավորության կատարմանը՝ ոչ միայն հրաժարվել Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումից, այլև ընդհանրապես հարցականի տակ դնել նրա բուն եղելությունը»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2023 թ. մայիսին «Հայաքվեն» օրենքի նախագիծ ներկայացրեց հանրության աջակցության համար, որը երկու առանցքային կետ էր պարունակում. առաջինը քրեական պատասխանատվություն էր նախատեսում Արցախը այլ պետության կազմում ճանաչելու համար, իսկ երկրորդը՝ համանման քրեական պատասխանատվություն Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումից հրաժարվելու համար։

Դեռ այն ժամանակ ադրբեջանական ոչ միայն լրատվամիջոցները, այլև պաշտոնական շրջանակները բավական ագրեսիվ էին արձագանքում այս նախաձեռնությանը: Եվ այն, որ հիմա էլ թուրքական «դաշտն» է նման սևեռուն կերպով շեշտադրում «Հայաքվեն», ցույց է տալիս, որ ադրբեջանաթուրքական տանդեմը որքան ոգևորված է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած «քաղաքականությամբ», այնքան անհանգստացած է հայաստանյան ազգային ուժերի պահվածքից, ի մասնավորի՝ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունից՝ ի դեմս որի նրանք վտանգ են տեսնում Հայաստանում իրենց նարատիվները տարածելու և Հայաստանի իշխանությունների միջոցով իրենց գլոբալ նպատակները կյանքի կոչելու ճանապարհին:
