Քաղհասարակությունն իրար է ուտում «Եվրաքվե»-ի համար

Ազգային ժողովի եվրաինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում «ԵՄ-ին ՀՀ անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրինագծի քննարկմանը երեկ պատգամավորներից ու նախագծի հեղինակ չորս արևմտամետ քաղաքական ուժերից բացի մասնակցել են նաև քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչները։ Նախագծի քննարկումները բավական թեժ էին, ընդ որում միմյանց «գզելով» աչքի էին ընկնում ոչ թե իշխանականներն ու ընդդիմադիրները, այլ հենց քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչները։

Մասնավորապես, «Իրավունքի Եվրոպա միավորում» ՀԿ ղեկավար Լուսինե Հակոբյանը թեժ վեճի էր բռնվել հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արման Եղոյանի հետ, որը «համարձակվել» էր ձայնի իրավունք տրամադրել նախկին պատգամավոր, «Հանուն հավասար իրավունքների» հասարակական կազմակերպության ղեկավար Գայանե Աբրահամյանին։ Մի քանի րոպե շարունակ Հակոբյանը վիճում էր հանձնաժողովի նախագահի հետ, թե իրենց ներկայացրած նախագծի քննարկմանը մասնակցում են մարդիկ, որոնք որևէ կապ չունեն «Եվրաքվե»-ի նախաձեռնության հետ։ Ի վերջո, Եղոյանը կոշտ սաստեց Լուսինե Հակոբյանին՝ նրան մեղադրելով գործընկերների հետ անձնական խնդիրներ ունենալու մեջ։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ ՀԿ-ների և ակտիվիստների շրջանում ամեն ինչ այնքան էլ հարթ չէ։ Մասնավորապես, Հակոբյանն ու նրա տխրահռչակ ամուսինը՝ փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանը խնդիրներ ունեն գրեթե բոլոր ՀԿ-ների հետ, և պատճառն ամենևին էլ քաղաքական կողմնորոշման կամ այլ սկզբունքային հարցերում չէ, այլ պարզապես ազդեցության գոտիների և ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրների համար է։

Այժմ էլ, երբ ԱԺ հանձնաժողովը խորհրդարան է ուղարկել նախագիծը, ակտիվիստների շրջանում հակասություններն ավելի են սրվելու, յուրաքանչյուրն էլ փորձելու է իր կողմը քաշել «Եվրաքվե»-ի նախաձեռնությունը, ցույց տալու, թե հենց իրենք են Հայաստանում արևմտյան շահերի թիվ մեկ սպասարկուն։ Ի վերջո, հենց դրանից է կախված լինելու այդ կառույցների ֆինանսավորումը։
