Ովքե՞ր են տրանսպորտի թանկացման պատասխանատուները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Փետրվարի 1-ից մայրաքաղաքում հասարակական տրանսպորտի (մետրո, ավտոբուս, տրոլեյբուս) ուղեվարձի կտրուկ բարձրացումը, բնականաբար, հարուցել է հանրության զգալի մասի դժգոհությունը, ինչպես նաև ընդդիմադիր ուժերի, հատկապես ավագանու ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների հակազդեցությունը:

Բայց ուշագրավ է, որ այս ամենի մեջ «հով լռված» է Երևանի ավագանու խմբակցություններից մեկը՝ Արամ Զ. Սարգսյանի գլխավորած «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը: Մինչ նույն Արամ Զ. Սարգսյանը «Եվրաքվե» է «խաղացնում», դարակազմիկ հարցազրույցներ տալիս՝ պաթետիկ հայտարարություններով, իշխանությանը ամեն գնով պաշտպանելով, նույն կուսակցության խմբակցությունը գործնականում զբաղված է Երևանում տրանսպորտի ուղեվարձի թանկացումն ապահովելով:

Այն, որ այս կուսակցությունը սպասարկում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության շահերը, իհարկե, նորություն չէ: Նրանք նույն «գծի» մեջ են ու այդպես էլ «անցան» ավագանու կազմ: Բայց մյուս կողմից՝ նրանք հաճախ տեղավորվում են «Հռոմի պապից ավելի կաթոլիկ» կամ, ինչպես հիմա նման դեպքերում ընդունված է ասել, «Նիկոլից ավելի Նիկոլ» տրամաբանության «ծիրում»: Օրինակ՝ ընդդիմադիրները նախաձեռնել են, որ այսօր՝ հունվարի 21-ին, Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրվի, որով կասեցվի փետրվարի 1-ից նախատեսված ուղեվարձի թանկացումը: Տրամաբանական էր ենթադրել, որ ՔՊ խմբակցությունը կփորձի տապալել այդ արտահերթ նիստը, պարզ ասած՝ չմասնակցել նիստին: Կարող է այդպես էլ լինել, բայց ՔՊ-ն այդ հարցում գլխավոր «դերը» թողեց «Հանրապետություն» խմբակցությանը: Վերջինս էլ, առանց այլևայլության, ընդունեց այդ դերն ու հայտարարեց, որ իրենք կտապալեն ավագանու արտահերթ նիստը: Կարճ ասած՝ «Հանրապետությունը» կողմ է ուղեվարձի թանկացմանը ու դրա հիմնական պատասխանատուներից է: Իշխանությունների հետ համահավասար:
