ԱԱԾ-ն պաշտոնյաներ է ձերբակալել

ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են ՀՀ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակազմի ՀՀ բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության պետ Ա.Ս.-ն և նույն գործակալության վերափորձաքննության բաժնի պետ Ա.Պ.-ն: Ըստ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների՝ ՀՀ բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալությունում ձևավորվել և տևական ժամանակ գործել է կոռուպցիոն սխեմա, որի միջոցով պաշտոնատար անձինք ստացել են կաշառքներ և դրանք փոխանցել իրենց վերադասներին: Մասնավորապես, բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննությունների տարածքային մի շարք հանձնաժողովների անդամներ, ի պաշտոնե լիազորված լինելով իրականացնել համապատասխան փորձաքննություններ, քաղաքացիներին օրենքով նախատեսված հաշմանդամության խումբ որոշելու դիմաց նրանցից վերցրել են 20-40 հազար ՀՀ դրամի չափով գումարներ: Այնուհետև, ապօրինի և համակարգային բնույթ կրող եղանակով գոյացած գումարները հանձնաժողովների նախագահները բաժանել են անդամների միջև, իսկ մի մասն էլ՝ թողտվության համար պարբերաբար հանձնել բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության գործակալության պետին: Գործակալության պետի աշխատասենյակում կատարված խուզարկության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է հանձնաժողովների նախագահներից այդ օրվա ընթացքում ստացված, որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում հավաքագրված գումարների հերթական մասնաբաժինը՝ 2.547.000 ՀՀ դրամ և 600 ԱՄՆ դոլար, որի գերակշռող մասը եղել է ծրարված։ Պարզվել է, որ վերոնշյալ կոռուպցիոն շղթայում ներգրավված է եղել բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննական մարզային առնվազն ինը, Երևան քաղաքի երկու հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ինչպես նաև վերափորձաքննության բաժնի պետը: Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով (մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ կաշառք ստանալը): Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում կոռուպցիոն սխեմային ենթադրյալ առնչություն ունեցող այլ անձանց բացահայտելու և նրանց գործողություններին պատշաճ իրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։
