Արհեստական բանականությունը «մտածել» է, թե ինչպես արևային մարտկոցներն ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնել

Գիտնականների միջազգային թիմն օգտագործել է մեքենայական ուսուցում, որպեսզի մշակի պերովսկիտային արևային բջիջներ՝ գրեթե ռեկորդային արդյունավետությամբ: Այս մասին գրում է Tech Xplore պորտալը, գրում է focus.ua-ն։

Ինչպես պարզաբանվում է հրապարակման մեջ, ներկայումս արեգակնային մարտկոցի մասերից մեկը կոչվում է անցում տեղափոխող շերտ (hole-transporting layer)։ Այդ շերտի նպատակն այն էլեկտրոն-անցում զույգերի փոխանցումն է, որոնք առաջացել են կայուն կիսահաղորդչային էլեկտրոնից ֆոտոնի կլանումից հետո։ Այդ փոխանցման որակը կարևոր դեր է խաղում արևային մարտկոցի արդյունավետության մեջ:

Պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցի արդյունավետությունը բարելավելու համար գիտնականները սկսել են նոր նյութեր փնտրել այդ անցումային շերտի համար: Դրանում նրանց օգնել է մեքենայական ուսուցման ալգորիթմը՝ արհեստական բանականության մեթոդը, որն օգտագործում է տվյալների մաթեմատիկական մոդելներ, և որոնք օգնում են համակարգչին սովորել առանց ուղղակի հրահանգների:

Մեքենայական ուսուցման ալգորիթմը գործարկելու համար գիտնականներն օգտագործել են 101 մոլեկուլներ՝ դրանք ընտրելով ավելի քան մեկ միլիոն թեկնածուներից: Ընտրված նյութերի միջոցով պատրաստվել են փորձնական արևային բջիջներ, որոնք օգտագործվել են որպես արհեստական բանականության ուսուցման նյութ։ Այնուհետև արհեստական բանականությանը խնդրել են գտնել նոր խոստումնալից նյութեր, և նա ընտրել է լավագույն 24 տարբերակները:

Դրանից հետո թիմը սինթեզել է արհեստական բանականության առաջարկած նյութերը և դրանք տեղադրել աշխատանքային արևային բջիջներում՝ փորձարկման համար: Նման փորձարկումների մի քանի փուլից հետո հետազոտական ​​թիմն ընտրել է մի նյութ, որը կարող է ստեղծել պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցներ մինչև 26,2 % արդյունավետությամբ: Հիշեցնենք, որ այդ տեսակի տարրերի ռեկորդն առայժմ կազմում է 26,7 %: Գիտնականների խոսքով թեստերի ընթացքում նրանք կարողացել են ստեղծել ևս մի քանի նյութեր, որոնք մոտ են եղել ամենաարդյունավետին։
