Պահանջել գործող վարչախմբից պատանդների ազատումը դարձնել բանակցվող «խաղաղության» պայմանագրի մաս. Ավետիք Չալաբյանի առաջարկները

«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնող խմբի համակարգող, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ Բաքվում հայ ժողովրդի և նրա ազատագրական պայքարի դեմ սկսված հաշվեհարդար-դատաստանի առաջին կադրերն էին հրապարակվել, և ինձ ծանոթ մարդկանցից շատերը հանդես եկան հուսահատություն և անզորություն պարունակող տարբեր մեկնաբանություններով, քանզի իսկապես այս պահին մենք պատանդառված մեր ընկերներին չենք կարողանում անմիջական օգնություն ցույց տալ:

Այստեղից սակայն չի հետևում, որ չենք կարող օգնել ընդհանրապես, և այստեղ յուրաքանչյուրիցս շատ բան է կախված: Մի քանի առաջարկ ներկայացնեմ ստորև, տեղի ունեցողի պատճառահետևանքային կապերի հստակ գիտակցությամբ՝

- պահանջել Հայաստանում գործող վարչախմբից պատանդների ազատումը դարձնել ներկայումս բանակցվող «խաղաղության» պայմանագրի անքակտելի մաս, և առանց դրա այդպիսի պայմանագիր չստորագրել, եթե նույնիսկ արդյունքում դրա ստորագրումը հետաձգվի,

- ավելի մեծ հաշվով, որպես կայուն խաղաղության նախապայման՝ դնել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչումը Ադրբեջանի կողմից, և նրա կողմից հրաժարումը այդ իրավունքն իրացնելիս ռազմական հակամարտության մասնակիցների դեմ ցանկացած քրեական հետապնդումից,

- հրաժարվել Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման աղետաբեր գաղափարից, քանզի այն անմիջականորեն կապալեգիտիմացնի ողջ արցախյան պայքարը, և դուռ կբացի Ադրբեջանի կողմից էլ ավելի լկտի պահանջների առաջ, ներառյալ նաև արցախյան պայքարի մասնակիցների մասսայական արտահանձման,

- Սփյուռքի ազդեցիկ կենտրոնների ռեսուրսը կենտրոնացնել պատանդների ազատման խնդրի վրա, իրենց բնակության երկրներում լոբբիստական աշխատանքը դրա վրա սևեռելով: Հատուկ շեշտադրել աշխատանքը ՌԴ ղեկավարության հետ, քանի որ Բաքվում պատանդառված հայորդիները գտնվել են նրա խաղաղապահ ուժերի փաստացի պաշտպանության ներքո,

- Համաշխարհային հանրային կարծիքը սևեռել Բաքվում տեղի ունեցող դատաստանի վրա, ամեն կերպ հեղինակազրկելով այնտեղ իշխող ժառանգական բռնապետական համակարգը:

Եթե այսքանը բավարար չլինի, կարող ենք մտածել ավելի արմատական միջոցների մասին, մեր պատմության մեջ դրա մեծ փորձ կա: Իմ կողմից հանձնառություն եմ վերցնում սեփական առաջարկներին հետևողականորեն հետամուտ լինելու, մինչ այդ իմ զորակցություն եմ հայտնում մեր ազատագրական պայքարի ծանր բեռը աննահանջ տանող պատանդառված հայրենակիցներին՝ այս անգամ ի դեմս անվեհեր հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանի, որի հետ պատիվ եմ ունեցել համագործակցել այն օրերին, երբ ինքը դեռ ղեկավարում էր Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը: Աստված ձեզ պահապան, պինդ եղե՛ք:
