Նահատակված զինծառայողին՝ «պարգևավճար»․ հայրը վրդովված է փնթի փաստաթղթերի պատճառով (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ ազգային ժողովում եւ Կառավարությունում տառացի անգրագիտության և փնթիության խայտառակ դրսևորումներ են նկատվում: ArmLur.am-ի ձեռքի տակ է հայտնվել փաստաթուղթ, որը Կառավարությունից Ազգային Ժողով է հասել պաշտոնների եւ պաշտոնյաների մասին սխալներով:

Փաստաթղթում ճիշտ է գրված միայն աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնն ու անունը։

Այս ամենը նկատելով՝ զոհված զինծառայողի հայրն ահազանգել է, որ թոշակ ստանալու գրքույկում իր զոհված տղային փոխանցվող գումարը գրված է որպես պարգևավճար։

Զոհված զինծառայողի հայրն ասում է, որ փնթի իրավիճակ է տիրում, այս ամենը խայտառակություն է։

ArmLur.am-ը պետական փաստաթղթերից տեղեկացավ, որ «Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամների երաշխիքների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծով առաջարկվում է օրենքով սահմանել հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զոհված զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամների երաշխիքները, դրանց տրամադրման պայմաններն ու կարգը, ինչպես նաև ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրները:

Մասնավորապես, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման մասին» օրենքի համաձայն` զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներն ստանում են դրամական հատուցում, որի մի մասը` 10 մլն դրամը վճարվում է միանվագ, իսկ մնացած մասը` ամսական հավասար վճարներով 20 տարվա ընթացքում:

Այսինքն ստացվում է այնպես, որ զոհված զինծառայողի հոր գրքույկում գրված «պարգևավճար» բառը այնքան էլ տեղին չէ, քանի որ վերը նշված օրենքում գրված է փոխհատուցում։
