Պապիկյանը փորձում է հանգստացնել հանրությանը

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ փաստաթուղթը ներկայացնելով որպես բոլոր խնդիրների «բալասան», այժմ էլ խնդիր են դրել իրենց առջև հանգստացնել հանրությանը, համոզել, որ իրավիճակն առաջնագծում հանդարտ է, Ադրբեջանն էլ էսկալացիա սկսելու իրական մտադրություն չունի։

Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը երեկ մամուլի ասուլիս է տվել, հարցին, թե որքանով է Սյունիքը պաշտպանված համարում՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը նախորդ շաբաթ կրկին «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին խոսեց։ Իլհամ Ալիևը պնդել էր, թե «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» պետք է բացվի և կբացվի, պատասխանել է. «Հռետորաբանությունը հռետորաբանություն, բայց ցանկացած ագրեսիայի համար պետք են հիմքեր։ Ես՝ որպես պաշտպանության նախարար, չեմ տեսնում, որ կան հիմքեր, որ տարածաշրջանը էսկալացվի, որովհետև յուրաքանչյուր պրոբլեմի մասով Հայաստանն ունի առաջարկներ և լուծումներ»։ Իսկ արդյոք մինչև այս պահն Ադրբեջանն ունեցե՞լ է հիմքեր, որ ՀՀ տարածքներ է օկուպացրել. Սուրեն Պապիկյանն արձագանքեց, թե չի ցանկանում խոսել այն մասին, թե նախկինում ինչ է եղել, այլ՝ թե ինչպես է պատկերացնում խաղաղությունը տարածաշրջանում։

Ըստ նրա՝ չնայած տարածաշրջանը «հեշտ ժամանակներ չի ապրում», բայց առկա խնդիրները բանակցություններով լուծելու հնարավորություն կա։ Ռազմական էսկալացիան կանխելու համար ՀՀ իշխանություններն առնվազն այս պահին պատրաստ են ցանկացած զիջման, ընդհուպ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից ադրբեջանցիներին չհանելուն։ Հասկանում են, որ ևս մեկ էսկալացիա Հայաստանն ի վիճակի չէ տանել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, թշնամու ախորժակը զսպելու միակ գործոնը բանակի վերազինումն ու սահմանների ամրապնդումն է, այլ ոչ թե տարբեր փաստաթղթերը, որոնք որևէ երաշխիք չեն կարող տրամադրել։ Թե որքանով է ԱՄՆ նոր վարչակազմը լուրջ վերաբերվելու ստորագրված փաստաթղթին, կրկին երաշխիք չկա։ Մինչդեռ, Թրամփը հայտնի է նախորդ վարչակազմի հին ստորագրությունները դեն շպրտելու իր սովորությամբ։
