«Մեկը մյուսի հետևից հանցանք գործելով՝ վարչախումբը հետապնդում է մեկ նպատակ՝ անձնական իշխանության պահպանումը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները սիրում են հաճախակի կրկնել, թե Հայստանը դարձրել են «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն», թե եվրոպական արժեքներին են դավանում, թե «խոնարհվում են» ՀՀ քաղաքացիների առջև, իբր սիրում են նրանց:

Սակայն մի կողմից՝ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի ամենօրյա ռեժիմով տեսնում է հակառակը, մյուս կողմից՝ փաշինյանական այդ թեզերի հետ համաձայն չէ Հայաստանի քաղաքական ուժերի մեծամասնությունը: Դե, բացառությամբ ՔՊին կից մի երկու «կուսակցությունների»: Նախօրեին կոշտ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալմայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի հիմնադրած «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցությունը՝ արձանագրելով, որ իրականում մեր երկրում կոպտորեն ոտնահարվում է Սահմանադրությունը, անտեսվում են մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքները, սահմանափակվում է խոսքի ազատությունը, ճնշվում է ցանկացած այլակարծություն, ոչնչացվում է քաղաքական և տնտեսական ինքնիշխանությունը։

«Մեկը մյուսի հետևից հանցանք գործելով՝ վարչախումբը հետապնդում է միակ նպատակը՝ անձնական իշխանության պահպանումը: Այս նպատակին հասնելու համար վարչապետն ու իր շրջապատը պատրաստ են վաճառել հայոց պետականությունը, դավաճանել հայկական խորհրդանիշները, հանձնել բուն հայկական հողերը, անտեսել մեր քրիստոնեական հավատն ու ազգային արժեքները, անտեսել բարեկամ պետությունների և ժողովուրդների հետ պատմականորեն ձևավորված հարաբերությունները: Ի շահ իրենց կուրատորների` նրանք սիստեմատիկորեն ոչնչացնում են հանրապետության տնտեսական հիմքերը»,-նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ: Կուսակցությունը նաև կարծիք է հայտնում, որ սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ հալածանքները դարձել են ժամանակակից հայ հասարակության նորմը. «Նրանց գործողությունները մարդկանց մեջ վախ են ներշնչում սեփական ապագայի և իրենց երեխաների ապագայի համար, ծնում են ճակատագրական անտարբերություն և հայրենիքը լքելու ցանկություն: Դա տեղի է ունենում ռազմական էսկալացիայի իրական սպառնալիքի պայմաններում»:

«Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ղեկավարությունից պահանջում է «անհապաղ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման և տարածքային ամբողջականության պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ, դադարեցնել սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ հալածանքները, ազատ արձակել մտացածին պատրվակներով դատապարտված բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալներին և սպաներին, դադարեցնել ընդդիմության հետապնդումը քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով, այդ թվում` «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության անդամների և նրա առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ»:
